Hello,
Like many I am stuck in a dead in job and looking for a way out. About 3 weeks ago I began to research ways to make money at home and online. I sifted through tons of scams until I found the PL program. I did research and couldn't find a single negative comment or reivew, so naturally I bought the program and began slowly working through the material.
Now I am a complete newbie when it comes to online marketing. I am a young drafter for an engineering firm who is studing sports nutrition and fitness at a local university. I am hoping to be able to gain the skills needed to at least pay for my education and get me out of my current job situation.
I have read through the information and am well stuck. I have found a product to promote on clickbank and have an adwords account, but have no idea how to put the two together to adversite the links given through clickbank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, dpage

Basically the way it works is you set up an ad in adwords using a specific keyword, that keyword has to be related to your website or blog, it could be your website/blog title for example. So when people click on your ad they go to your website and buy the affiliate product you are promoting. But you have to be smart when selecting a keyword(s) for your ads, for one some of them are incredibly overpriced (The idea is for your ad to display on the first page of google when someone searches for that specific keyword) and to do that you need to have a high bid on the keyword, otherwise if you have a low bid on a keyword like software your ad will be in page 100 and never seen, but if you bid the highest for that keyword you will be bankrupt soon since every time someone clicks on your ad you have to pay the amount you bided for.
The key is to find underexploited keywords that people actually search for, that way the amount you pay is minimum, you will be in page 1 of the search and you get targeted traffic to your website.
I suggest you read all the PL material, also don't start using adwords just yet, first use all those free traffic generation techniques Mike gives you in PL.

Google also has some great instruction videos on using Adwords.
I don't remember the link though. I'll let you know when I find it.

Thanks for the help! I kinda felt like I was a little premature on picking a product to promote. I haven't finished all the material yet and I got excited and wanted to test things out. But I agree that I need to finish the material before getting started.
I'm sure I will have more questions as I go along. Again thanks for the help.

hmmm if you are just starting out, i wouldn't recommend using adwords just yet. I'd start with article marketing, and the other free traffic methods.
