Hello Everyone,
I've been busy working on getting my traffic up and I've increased it by nearly 300%. But here is the thing. I am not making any more sales. A little bit more in adsense clicks, but no sales. Can't figure it out as I am generating traffic the same way as I have, mainly through forums, a blog, bookmarking and a little forum stuff, even getting some email, but no sales .... Its confounding and disheartening. Any thoughts? This is my site www.postivemindstates.com
All feedback appreciated. Thank You. Best, Birdgirl

Could you be a little more specific about the number of traffic?
Saying that your traffic increased nearly 300% isn't saying much. If the whole last year my site got a total of 30 unique visitors and the year before only 10, my traffic also increased 300%. But is that enough to determine conversion and warrant any sales?
What kinds of traffic are you getting? Targeted traffic?
The other thing is...
Do you want adsense clicks or do you want product sales?
What are you selling? I'm having trouble finding it...
If you're getting adsense clicks, you won't get sales because people are clicking away from your site. To me, the adsense ads are right there in front of me on every single page of your site. All I have to do is click it and I'm gone from your site.
Where is your product page again?
Do you have any information about how many people are coming back to your site?
Ok, I found it!
Somehow I missed it so other visitors may also too. Can't miss the adsense though.
Anyway, look at your navigation menu. Notice the color scheme. Now look at the link to your sales page. Notice the color scheme. Now look at your section dividers (What's New). Notice the color scheme.
While scanning through your site, my mind instantly take mental notes of these things. My mind is thinking....
...ok, white letters on light blue background...must be site navigation or section headings. Ah blue letters on white background...must be links...*click*. Oh look! Blue links (adsense)...interesting...*click*.
So you think that making the link to your sales page look like a section divider would increase traffic to it from other pages on your site?
Hey, there's no confusion that the adsense ads are clickable links. The universal color scheme for links is blue on white background. This is what our minds have been programmed to associate.
Figure it out...
(donations welcomed)

Thank you for your feedback.
I've been trying a lot of different things. And am continuing to figure it out....
As for my traffic it is not a lot 100 hits a day. Some are returns, I realise this is not a lot. I just thought that it would increase my sales a little.
Thanks for your time. I appreciate it.
Best,
