I bought the Profit Lance program yesteray and went through the first videos, suggested articles, and set up adsense and most of the other recommended things before calling it a night.
After browsing the site and reading some of the material on this forum, i am just not sure that i will ever 'get it'. I know it is early and i still have to learn and give my self a chance to succeed. I was wondering if there are people out there that knew zero about this and have turned it into something great. I would love some help getting started on the right foot, it just seems like there are many avenues and one could get quickly swallowed up if not careful. thanks.

I, too, knew a big fat ZERO about a year and a half ago. I don't use PL, but I consider what I've done so far to be pretty 'great.'
I've got three web sites going and I make an increasing profit each month, so that is pretty great in my book. I suppose everyone measures their success differently, but I set short term goals for myself so I can be encouraged by my progress when I reach them.
Hang in there. You can make a success of it.
Blessings, Angie

yep, i knew absolutely nothing, i never even knew making money online was possible, however i have never had much spare time so it has taken me a very long time to learn everything and experimint. Now however i am implementing and building some websites but i wish i had time to really get going
What i am saying is you can learn it even if you are very busy, just read a little every night and you will get there. Being patient is key and don't rush.
When i started i used to visit this forum and used to ask many questions and that helped me as well, so if you ever get stuck dont hesitate to ask a question. No question is a silly question however simple you think it is.

I am new to this, also. Only been studying for a couple of months. I have had very frustrating times where I just walked away from the computer for a while and had a good cry. Later, I would go back and start again. It always seemed as if I had overlooked something that helped everything start to make sense.
If you get overwhelmed, maybe you should glance back over the beginning steps. Sometimes I would miss a few key things that were said at first.
I'm not generating any revenue yet. In fact, I'm still needing a lot of help. But I believe that this is what you make of it and I intend to make something of it.

Can anybody tell me about the landing pages? I would like to use a landing page from PL, but am not sure how. Can I just design it and put a link? Or do I have to do some sort of hosting for it? Can it be used in place of a blog? I would appreciate any answers.

I knew about html but very little in regards to the other things involved in the Profit Lance program. The great thing for me is that I also buy and sell real estate as an investor and this course has had a double influence in helping me to find multiple ways to both get leads and find ways to sell properties.
What it all comes down to is eating that elephant one bite at a time. Just take one section of PL, digest it, if you don't understand something come back here and ask or google the subject to see if you can find more specifics. For many of us, learning this stuff is almost like going back to school.

Trent,
You are hearing from both 'Top producers' and new folks to Profit Lance in your thread. I was once in your shoes. Check out my 6 month challenge as food for thought.
