Hi I just got Profit Lance last week, and am still figuring out how it works. Not sure if I am doing the right thing actually, as I just started on the blogging. Seems like am also facing problems with blogger as there are always problems with the customisation of my blog as well as posting.
Anyway, would appreciate if someone could probably view and let me know what I am doing is right. Have also done another blog previously at profitlancenow.blogspot.com, but that was a trial one, so will rework on that again later once blogger stabilises.
Has anyone started out on the Adsense exercises actually? If so, do you actually get your own website to utilise those exercises and how?
Also, any other suggestions on how I should proceed from here?

From your blog i can see that you are just promoting profit lance and almost everyone i have seen in this forum that have invested in profit lance (including me regrettably) have straight away tried to promote the system. This market is now becoming more and more saturated and to become successful like that will be a real challenge.

Yes i have used adsense on my blog and no you don't need a website or get a website to utilise this feature.
In terms of proceeding from here i suggest you get a you either put a little more variation on your blog and add some adsense. Or you can work through the project section of profit lance find a niche and i would recommend you do this as it can be more rewarding and beneficial. Good luck and remember a positive attitude will increase your chance of success

I agree with Hemjoe. You should start working on the project section. Really take time to understand everything in that section. Find your own niche and go from there. Good luck!

Actually what I was referring to regarding the adsense exercises is the list of website exercises which is found in the members section of PL, where 5 "websites" on niche topics are added each week.
The main reason why I have gone with promoting of PL first is as an exercise to get myself familiarise with the whole concept before I plunge into finding a niche area and working from there, cos there are still many trials and errors that needs to be done to understand it.
Am trying to add adsense to my blog, but am having major problems with Blogger at moment. Seems to be some bug as am having different problems each day and getting google to have it sorted out for me.
Just out of curiousity, what is others doing for a different niche area topic anyway?

I'm not sure if this is answering your question, but the 5 new adsense websites that Mike adds every week has to be actually uploaded by you and these ones don't include hosting. THe product review sites include hosting and you are given your own websites, but these ones you will have to upload by yourself using an ftp program. if u don't know how to do this, I can help you. Quoting: cambrianne what is others doing for a different niche area topic anyway? You can pick anything, as long as there is a market for the topic. Hair loss, smoking, health related stuff, golfing.
I'm doing one that has to do with vacations, and another one that has to do with pets.

makemoneyonline: yup, that was what I was trying to figure out. I know those exercises in Adsense will require your own hosting. But was wondering if anyone has actually gone through those exercises and found it useful to have it hosted in the first place.
The sites which you are doing, are they mostly focused on affiliate marketing, or just making use of adsense or combination of both or other aspects?

They are ONLY focussed on adsense. I have yet to combine adsense with affiliate products on the same site!
I have gone through all those exercises, and in the end I just decided that I wanted to set up my own sites instead.

Quoting: mouser Regarding the link problem and Ezine Articles problem: To improve my ranking, should I delete those 9 Ezine articles that I cut and pasted directly to my blog and rewrite them? I can't take out the links until I rewrite them. Only 2 of the 11 are original.
Quoting: makemoneyonline Yes, I think you should delete them, or at least disect them and use the main ideas but put them into your own sentences. I tried this once and I noticed I went up in seach engines.
Is this correct? You should delete the free articles you posted? I used some when I was getting started with my blog since mike at profit lance suggested that.
Also, have you finished your articles on using profit lance?

I started PL 2 weeks ago - thank goodness I take copious notes as the learning curve is steep! I though it was necessary to go through the learning centre on the left before tackling the projects - am more than willing to be wrong - would appreciate feedback. I have worked through the adsense section but am still confused. How do I go about finding/building/hosting a website for the adsense ads? Can see I will have to do some more blogging and add keywords. Can I put my adsense ads there? If so, how? Know how ftp works but where would I find the ftp address. Would love a copy of the e-book if it's finished makemoneyonline.

Hello everyone. I just joined this forum today. I came across it a few weeks ago when I was doing some research on the Ultimate Wealth Package. After reading the posts on this forum I think I can safely say it helped me avoid making a costly mistake on that Scam. I decided to invest in the Profit Lance system. I've gone through the lessons and tutorials and it seems like a lot of good information. I decided to host my own website and set it up for affiliate marketing and adsense using the prefab websites in the course. Has anyone else had any success with that?

I went and looked at your site - it looks awesome. I tried clicking on the adsense links to see what they looked like but all I got was code. Tried opening the site in a completely new window but still got code.
Who is hosting your site - is it mike or bluehost.

Robkat, I went ahead and hosted it on Blue Host. At $6.95 a month I figured I couldn't go wrong -- plus it allowed me the freedom to park whatever I wanted online.
I'll take a look at the adsense codes this evening to figure out what's going on. You were looking at the adsense links from the niche marketing articles?

I checked it out and everything seems to be working fine. Where did you see the code pop-up instead of the adsense ad, Robkat?

Hi,
I also had problems, clicking anything on the right hand menu or the links in the main body only generate html code.
Like this
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0;URL=http://zestoflife.bezoogle.com/pp/weight-loss"> <script> location.href = "http://zestoflife.bezoogle.com/pp/weight-loss"; </script> <title></title> </head> <body> </body> </html>
The left hand links are OK.
If I paste this code into a page on my desktop I dont have any trouble. So the problems lie between your blog and this redirect.
If you are also using the redirect technique for your left hand link compare the two processes and see if there is a difference.
I would be curious to know what is happening so when the issue is resolved I hope you will post an explanation.

Hi ZestofLife,
I tested out your website. Everything worked for me and had no problem when I clicked on the adsense link. Maybe you fixed it sometime between the last post and this one.
Your website looks great.

I checked it out again this morning and found the same thing. The right hand side still gives me code. The left links are great - where did you find all the articles on the various topics zestoflife?

I'm using firefox - it has literally just updated itself to v 2.0.0.5 half an hour ago so was the version prior to that.

zestoflife - is that your website or your blog? is bluehost hosting it or is that an affiliate link. I'm impressed and want to work out how to get something similiar while completely different. What about costs etc. for your site.

Hiya,
Ok, I use Firefox. But I've just tried with IE 6.
In IE the right hand links DO work, but not in Firefox.
OK now the bad news.
Firefox is more likely than IE 6 to be standards compliant. In otherwords IE allows you to 'get away' with syntax mistakes which IE treats as an error.
If you comapre how you are dealing with your right links as opposed to the left hand ones I'm sure you will find some small difference in the syntax which is causing this problem.
Another issue.
At the bottom of the page you have a link which reads
'But you don't have to take my word for it, check it out.'
*OUT* links to
http://www.makingyourmoneywork.com/progra
note the typo on the word program
Good luck, I'll check back later for updates.
