Many Coastal Vacations directors out there are thinking about having local seminars and workshops in their area to market this travel business opportunity, but they don't know where to start or what to do.
Well, here are a few tips on how to have a successful Coastal Vacations workshop in your local area.
1- Get 3 to 5 Coastal Vacations partners to work with you on the seminar. 2- Get qualified local leads from your favorite lead source. Make sure they live within a 30 mile radius of the location of the workshop. 3- Reserve a place for your seminar. Community centers are great places to start with. 4- Set up an autoresponder campaign to send the email reminders inviting them to your Coastal Vacations workshop 13, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, and 1 day before the workshop date.

Continuation:
5- Send your prospects a postcard inviting them to the workshop including the address where the workshop is going to be at 13 days before the workshop/seminar date. 6- Set up a voice broadcast and send you all your list letting them know about your upcoming amazing Coastal Vacations seminar at least 4 days before the date. 7- Organize the Coastal Vacations seminar into 4-5 stages, all in one day with 15-minute breaks in between. 8- At the seminar, try to compare your lifestyle (normal guy/gal) to your prospects' lives and how they relate. 9- The seminar should start with a movie about Coastal Vacations packages, followed by a set of testimonials and then a story about timeshares and why Coastal is much better.
With these tips you are surely going to have a good start! Go for it and make lots of money!

It is truly refreshing to have more people sharing much needed info on the Coastal business. Seminars are a great way to get a group of people in front of the info at one time. More bang for your buck so to speak. In addition there is a power that comes from having a group together. When one person gets excited and buys it pushes others to do the same.
I encourage teams to form together and shoulder the load of doing a seminar. It is for sure a lucrative way to increase sales.

Hiya
rewarding the participants with a free bonus vacation cert, a drawing for a bonus cruise cert, or a coupon for a certain $ savings on a coastal membership package also helps boost attendance rates.
People need a good reason to attend a meeting, otherwise they will opt to stay at home and watch a ball game
Offering a unique sales proposition, like a this night only, special fast start bonus welcome package for anyone signing up on the same night, full of advertising ideas, advertising dollars, promotional items, activated vacation certs for example will help build urgency.
Hope this helps Maria
