Being new, I have a question. How are you as director's setting up your new members websites. What companies are you using and do you pay for them and for how long? Do you update them with all the new Coastal info or do you leave the editing up to them?
Your help will be appreciated. I'm trying to set up my start-up package and need all the help I can get.

Marsha,
I use and send my new new team members to the Official BOD marekting system and training. It is set up immediately and updated by the BOD.
You can go here for info:www dot coanetwork dot com/coastal
and here for sample websites coastalincome dot com/sample
I don't understand, you say you are trying to set up your start-up package? Have you purchased your travel package yet?

My group (we close your sales) sets you up with a site right away. That is for 49.95 per month. No need to create from scratch. If you were creating your own webiste, that is different. I am working with someone to create mine, but it is not complete yet.
I am not sure creating a non-replicated website falls under the responsibility of a director. Of course we would help with the WCYS site and back office and the official site set up. I suggest you go with Rhonda's suggestion and get yourself a official business opportunity website. That is already created for you and looks pretty sharp, I might add. The price per month is reasonable. Later on down the road you can get your own personalized site.

Hey Marsha,
The best option is to subscribe to the COA Networks system. It's the only Official Coastal Vacations Websites and is maintained by the Board of Directors.
Your client will pay for these websites. It's part of the cost of doing business.

Hello Marsha
I agree with Jay, getting the complete system from COA is probably the easiest and maybe the best, but there are other options out there including vacationpower dot com , wecloseyoursales dot com (if you joined the call center)
There are also other hosting options, you can find some helpful tips on my coastal website under advertising help
hope this helps maria porter

Hi Marsha,
It's probably a good idea to get the websites according to the group you joined, as the extra services and information that your group offers will be added on these sites. The COA network is also open for everyone in Coastal no matter which group you are with.
We also encourage our members to get custom made websites that are different from everybody else's as this will identify you from the rest and gives you more control over the content and look of your site; just make sure your custom designed websites are up to date with the Coastal Vacations board of directors and your group's new information.

Each group has its own websites, which is good because each website is appropriate to the group you are marketing Coastal through.
We also give custom-designed websites to our Level 3 directors as a bonus. These are good because it makes them stand out from the croud; just make sure to have your webmaster update the information every time changes are made in the travel packages.

Quoting: victorious just make sure to have your webmaster update the information every time changes are made in the travel packages.
This is a big challenge with many of the websites out there....the information is dated and does not reflect ALL the information available to Coastal Members and Directors.

I absolutely agree. If you are not going to update your information periodically you better not even have a customized website. Being informed takes going to the trainings and the seminars to find out about the updates. You gotta stay on top of it.
