One of the biggest reasons I've chosen to leave the Coastal Synergy Group is because of cross recruiting and cross selling.
You see, we each make a decision about who we choose to partner with and over the last 6 - 8 months I've watched as the CSG has changed and become more about selling and less and less about helping people be successful.
"Each of us need all of us and all of us need each of us" went away and so did the support. Everything required an investment.
Here's what you DO NOT want. You don't want to be a part of a team who markets to your team. You want to feel good about what is being sold and not feel obligated to participate and recommend things you don't feel good about.
How much does it cost? Look at what's being marketed to your team. Is it something you can recommend? Are the people putting these tools together using them or just selling them to you?
One of my team members recently bought a training. This training was designed to teach how to build a team. What's funny is that it was a re-hash of what was recorded on a website.
What should have been shared is how to sell $99 access fees and $149 per month websites and $95 training seminars and ....well, I could go on and on. Keep this in mind, if you plug into a system - Know that if that "group" moves onto something else...they'll take your team with you.
