Hi Everyone!!
I am new to Coastal Vacations with the CSG Team. I have been doing this for 3 months. I am amazed at the support you get, and my director is awesome!
I did want to introduce myself, my name as you can see is Paulette. I am from WA state in a small town called Roy. I have been coming here since I joined Coastal, and thought it was time to introduce myself. You all are so helpful with all avenues of this business. I have learned a lot coming to this form, and want to thank you for the information you have given.
To Our Success!!

Thank-you for the Welcome!
My Director is Lindsey Menhusen, and hers is Nicole Stephens.
So far so good Jay, learning the ropes and having fun talking to people. As of yet I haven't gotten my release yet but, working on it. Not the fault of my director she is awesome, it was me getting the nerve up in the beginning.
Now I can kick myself for not starting but, that is ok I am doing it now and loving it!!
Have a great day everyone, and a better then great weekend!!!

Welcome all. My name is Adam. My wife and I known affectionately in Coastal circles as the "A-Team" have been in Coastal for over 2 years now. We have had great success ( 10k in our first 7 weeks, served for 16 months on the CSG Leadership Board, and were featured in the HBC mag in May 2006) and love this forum. we welcome you to the world of Coastal. Now many of you might not know it but outside of the CSG their are many Coastal groups with many members and they all have their own pros and con's. What I love about this forum is it is a good place to learn the Coastal business from many. Now your director should have your best interest at hand and will guide you along the steps but remember you are your own boss. They arent your boss but rather your mentor and coach. Sometimes coaches and players disagree so be ready. My style as a director is to suggest what I think is best and then let my associate do what they feel best fits them. At times that means we dont see eye to eye but hey thats business. Learn as much as you can from this forum as there are many incredible leaders that post here. Many have a wealth of experience so be like a sponge and soak it up. I am always available for comments as well as one one one coaching. I do offer a 20 min complimentary session to get to know you and offer my suggestions on how to jump start your business. My contact info can be found on my site in the signature line and I hope to talk to you all soon.
Adam

Hi Paulette, I am new to the business as well (since May) and am still learning the ropes. I run a very busy home daycare so am on the computer once my own girls go to bed and have been staying up very late this last month. I am so excited to have found this forum. There are so many great minds here. Hopefully by next year this time I will be posting that my daycare business has been replaced with my Coastal business. Although I love my job I am working more than 50 hours a week and the stress is very high on my and my house!
Good luck to you.
Judy

I'm new to this forum as well. thanks Sean for introducing it to me. I'm a Level 3 director for BC, Canada. Been with coastal for over 3 years now. I'm a single Mom of 4. well, 3 of those are young adults, but they all still live at home. I have a very busy household . People coming and going constantly. Two of my sons have thier own construction business. the other works for a gas company. My 13 year old daughter has many special needs. I have an open door policy to all thier friends. I never really know how many will be here for dinner All this being said just to encourage any of you that need it that where there's a will there's a way. If I can do it anyone can. I look forward to chatting with you all. I'll be in Vegas in less than a week ! WOO HOO !!
