Hi Shelby,
If you look on the back of the card it has several websites of the different car rentals. When you go to the websites there is an area where it says something like "optional rate information" from there you can put in the code that is on the right column of the card across from the corresponding car rental website on the back of your car rental card. Hope this helps you out.
