Hello folks...
I am looking at alternative ways to market the Coastal Vacations opportunity. I am already a Level II Qualified Director.
My question is:
What does it cost to join a call center if you are already a Coastal director? From reading on this forum and from searching the net, I understand that there are several call centers out there. Does anyone know what fees they are charging and what's included, etc. if you are already a director?
It looks like a lot of people on this forum use the We Close Your Sales call center. What is their take on this?
Any help with this question would be truly appreciated...
Thanks!
John

Hi John
Yes WCYS is one of the best in my opinion, they are ethical, stable and abide by the BOD guidelines and they give excellent training. The cost to join is $700.
I would suggest giving them a call or go to their website 1-800-378-1169 http://www.wecloseyoursales.com/
If you have any ques please feel free to ask.
Terri

Hi John, I was in same situation you are in now. I also joined the Call Center although I was already Level II qualified - I'm glad I did as I am in profit!
Although you don't have to buy the package again and Terri is right that there is a $700 cost to join, the total cost to get into the Call Center at Level 1 for example, is actually $1700. No re-qualifiying to do.
The breakdown is: $1K as a L1 commission to the Director you sign up with and $700 to use the Call Center. You don't have to buy the L1 pkg again for obvious reasons.
It works the same way to come in at L2 in the Call Center. Instead of the $4995 price tag, the total cost is $4200, which is $4995 (regular price) - $795 (Premier pkg price). No requalifying to do.
Hope this helps,
Roger

John, the call center works WONDERFULLY! Friday I was just sitting at work checking my email and I got a notice that the call center had just ran a creditcard transaction through my merchant's account. I got a level one sale and I didn't even know it. I immediately called the call center and they gave me the details. They were actually getting ready to call me anyway to let me know about the sale so I would get right on the ball training this new member. I have spent about 3 hours with him on the phone this weekend geting him started. You will be happy with the WeCloseYourSales Call center if you choose us. Let me know if I can answer any questions for you. My email is [email protected] .

Terri, are you making sales through CSG or are you just using their training products?

Harold, yes I am offering sales thru CSG for those who don't want the call center and just want the package. I had one prospect that assumed he had to pay for the call center even tho I explained that he could just buy the package.
Plus with CSG I can sell retail on my retail site. CSG gives us several sites.

Hmmm we have been with them for a while and that has never happened for us. Wonder what you are doing right or what we are doing wrong.

If you're not qualified but are a member of Coastal the cost to get into the Call Center is $1700 for Level 1 with the regular qualifying requirements.....by the way pplrulz, how's it going? I know you got back on the Coastal horse again, so to speak. Are you still plugging away with the business?

Roger,
I am confused. If there is someone who is already Level 1 and Level 2 qualified, but wants to join the call center, what does he need to do?Quoting: roger It works the same way to come in at L2 in the Call Center. Instead of the $4995 price tag, the total cost is $4200, which is $4995 (regular price) - $795 (Premier pkg price). No requalifying to do.
He still has to pay full price but does not have to pass up any sales? Is that what you mean? Let me know because I am dealing with this right now. Actually, I am not sure he is qualified. I have to clarify that. Please advise.
Thx, Noreen

Hi Noreen, If he is already L2 qualified and he comes in to the Call Center at L2 then no he does not have to pass up any sales. The total cost in this particular instance is $4200 ($4995-$795).

Roger, Yes I'm back plugging away with coastal. Thanks for asking. I'm just trying to find methods that will work for me. when I first got invovled with coastal, I owned and was running my own direct sales biz. It made it very difficult for me to focus on coastal... Director problems was also an issue. I'm just patiently working it, and staying positive and not giving up. Thanks for all of your insight

Welcome back to Coastal!
Just keep on plugging away and stay positive! We are all here to help in any way that we can!
I see you are using Vacation Power - if you are with a group, which group are you with?

Lora, No one in particular... I found someone who was willing to give me a director's release if I gave them 2 sales... because my first director was a dud. All of you are right about finding the right director... I'm hoping it'll work out with this person, but if it doesn't... I will not give up. I'll find someone/group to work with.
I would like to find a method to promote the biz opp, that's cost effective. Any ideas.

Hi pplrulz,
I saw your posts a while back...I am so glad you decided to give Coastal another try!
I primarily call leads. With the training that we get through the CWB and the advanced training we get through Dani Johnson this has become extremely cost effective.
I know that there are a ton of ideas floating around the internet (many in other areas of this forum). Not long ago I came across an e-book with 116 free and low cost ideas in it. Also, the Coastal Vacations fax-on-demand has several marketing ideas listed.
I wish you the best!
Lora

Sure Joe, no problem!
I think it was called Moms Massive Marketing Manual. If you do a search for it I'm sure it will come up!
I hope that helps because I don't have the link...

pplrulz,
I was lucky to get in to Coastal w/CB-United. They give me my leads and closing for me also - if I wanted. Beside that they supply my people also w/leads. How much is cost?? $19.95/month. Also I have my other marketing method too. I was L1 director less then 3 weeks, almost L2 after 1 month with Coastal/CB. They support is very good.
Good luck everybody, Coastal is a wonderful opportunity.

I just want to be clear on what the WCYS group is stating here...
**If someone is already a quaified costal director, they still have to pay the full package price just to utilize the call center.
Or...
***Do they pay the $700 and monthly fee?
Why would anyone need to pay the full price all over again?

Hi Mdmom, yes you do have to pay again to use the call center because the member who's ad you are responding to needs a return on their advertising investment and they are going to spend lots of time with you showing you how the call center works and what ways are the best to advertise. If we didn't get a commission out of it then there would be no reason to do it. We have several members a week who are already members of Coastal who join us because they see the value of the call center and want to leverage their time better than they already are. They are willing to pay the commission and startup cost to the call center because the want the benefits.

After reading through this thread, I had a question for Terri who posted earlier!
Just out of curiousity, Terri, you mentioned previously you joined the WCYS group then also joined the CSG group for retailing - why didn't you with the original system for a retail website?! Did you pay all over to work with a different director in CSG or how did that work? Why exactly did you add that group on?
After researching many directors and groups, I did decide to go with the We Close Your Sales group due to the extra tools provided and the option to offer others everything! So far, it has been a great choice for me as even while on vacation using the package with my family, the call center professionals have been speaking to my prospects (including new ones that responded to free ads I learned about through the WCYS training) which has continued to move my business forward. Plus, my first training sale called into the center directly and so the professionals spoke to him first and they closed the sale plus shipped the package. It truly works for those with limited sales experience and limited time!
The extra tax-deductible fee for lifetime use of the call center that has been successfully working for its members for over two years now certainly, in my opinion, is a valuable cost-effective tool to include with this business.
There are many great groups and directors available and the Coastal Vacations opportunity allows for so many to reach their goals! After having tried other home based businesses, I'm certainly grateful I found a successful fit.

Cashwealth, I have a couple of questions about CB. How many leads do you get for your $19 a month and what lead company do they come from. Also, do you call those leads yourself. You mention somone else closing them for you. How does that work in your system?

Hello Folks...
Just wanted to say thanks to Terri, Roger and Harold for your responses to my original post question.
I may at some point join one of the call centers to be able to have another avenue to send my prospects to but for the time being I am going to continue working my leads myself.
Thanks again....
