I saw this quote in another forum. I thaught it worth sharing in here.
"The burning desire to CHANGE is the fuel that starts your journey to achieving your goals. Using that desire you change yourself to become the person you NEED TO BE in order to achieve your goal/dream, etc......The RIGHT YOU, WITH THE RIGHT BUSINESS, AT THE RIGHT TIME is where the success will flow in. But It all starts with a burning desire."
That is a very insightful and profound statement. If we truly want to grow in life, succeed in life and succeed in our business, we absolutely must embrace change.
But change is hard. It's sometimes painful. No, it's almost always painful. It stretches your boundaries. It often requires a complete paradigm shift. It changes who you are, how you think, what you think is important and what you think is not. But change must be undergone if we are going to grow in the direction of achieving, of realizing our dreams. I like how this person put it, "to become the RIGHT YOU, WITH THE RIGHT BUSINESS, AT THE RIGHT TIME!" Awesome words. You know in your heart who the RIGHT YOU is. You may not think you do, but you do. You will recognize The RIGHT BUSINESS when you see it and if you are willing to open the door to what is possible and take the risk necessary to step through. Change always involves risk. You will arrive precisely at The RIGHT TIME because you will be ready for it.
All you have gone through, all you have experienced, all you have hoped for and all you have feared has prepared you for what lies ahead. All one needs to do is to have that Burning Desire, answer the call of the heart and be willing to Embrace Change! Ok, I know this sounds a bit metaphysical, but it is true none the less. Have you ever wondered why most people never truly realize their dreams? I believe it all comes back to their "why." Is their desire, their passion strong enough, does it burn hot enough to comsume them? If it does, they will realize their dream.
Food for thought
Mitch

Yeah, Change is the only constant thing in the world.
Without change, there is no growth.
Without growth, we will all die.
lol.

I should print that out and hang it above my computer desk. That's a very inspiring quote and it's so true.

PMHayes: The burning desire to CHANGE is the fuel that starts your journey to achieving your goals. Food for thought indeed!
Without change, life as we know it would become static and would eventually wither and die. Change implies adaptibility, vibrancy, fluidity, motion, options, free will. But notice what drives change. Desire! But not any ol' type of desire. It must be BURNING desire.
Fire is a transforming element that uses the attribute heat to alter things. It converts ice to water and then to steam; it's used to forge hard metals such as iron and steel; forest fires transform landscapes to make way for new growth. And so on.
Our desire, therefore, needs to be elevated to the right burn frequency to affect the forces that work on our behalf to help us materialize our goals.
Great post!

Yes food for thought - especially in these difficult and trying times - sometimes we need to change a little of how we do things and we get better results .
