Hi Guys,

I joined 1 Step about four months ago. Unfortunately I injured my back just after joining and have only just got back online. When I try to log in on the members page my access is denied. Everytime I try log in it tells me to get in touch with 1 step support team. The problem is that I don't have an e-mail address for them as it is in my back office. Does anyone know how I could get in touch with someone from the 1 step team for help. I really appreciate it.

Kind Regards

Andrew Frater

Andrew... Try to clear your cookies/history out and refresh. I have found that worked for me when I tried logging on.

Thanks! I tried that but it didn't work. Does anyone have a the email address or telephone number for the 1 step technical dept or an email address for the 1 step support team, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
