Yes I am!! It's been kind of a good last couple of days for me. I've been doing on-line surveys since January 08. Didn't really expect anything, just wanted to give my opinion on things (my friends say I'm very opinionated, so thought why not). Anyway after reading forums, kind of got discouraged with a few survey sites out there (but I keep doing them-why is this??), I finally have had a really good last few day! One site I finally QUALIFIED and got $10!!! Another one that I had forgotten about (I qualified about a month ago) I received a check in the mail for completing that survey! Tonight I won on one of the sweepstakes sites I'm on!
Yes I'm jazzed and just had to tell someone!!! Okay-they are surveys, not alot to add to the piggy bank - but when you qualify for a survey then actually get paid for it and get a check in the mail - it's exciting!!! I'm thrilled!! I really hope the rest of my week goes this good (it's only Tuesday!)!! It will, it will, it will....!!!!!
Okay I feel much better now - have a fabulous night and week every one!!!

That's wonderful. I've "completed" a total of like 5 surveys in my time and enjoyed the few $$$ every time.
Definitely nothing you can retire off of but extra cash is extra cash.

Oh absolutely, you can not retire off them, but surveys can be fun to do! You kind of thinking you're wasting your time, then boom you get something good!! I enjoy it after long hours in the office! It's become like a hobby for me!!!

My problem with the surveys was that I wasn't organized enough. I thought I had cancelled everything but then hadn't read the fine print thoroughly enough and ended up with a credit card bill - lol

LOL oh i'll never do one of those sign-up surveys as I would end up in the poor house.
I tend to stick to the $5 give me your opinion surveys when I can find them

Congratulations! I've been doing surveys for over four years now and still get excited when I qualify for a study and get that payment!

Real paid surveys NEVER ask you to pay a fee whatsoever, the market research and paid survey companies pay YOU.
I think the sites you signed up are Paid Offer sites, which is totally different from paid surveys. With paid offer sites, you get paid for trying/signing up offers, if the the offers are not free, you have to pay.
Hope it helps!

This is very interesting because the last time I checked paid survey sites dont ask you for your credit card numbers. Also paid surveys is not signing up to a offer and then canceling it.
These are two seperate things that you are mixing up

I've worked with a few survey sites that pay out with in 4-6 weeks of completing the survey. I know it doesn't seem like much but I'm averaging about $120 a month from one company, that's my electric bill - so that's nothing to frown at.

I haven't done any online surveys but my wife has and she seems to really enjoy them and gets a kick out of earning a little extra dough.
