I live in India and came across this site - www.paying2surf.com
It promises to pay about 2400USD per month if you download a
toolbar and surf for 5 hours a month.
Cost is about 48 USD. Has anyone met anything like this before.
Seems far too good to be true and anything that seems that way usually is! Would appreciate any comments! Thanks Cat

I don't know about this one...but my general rule of thumb is that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. That and I advocate never paying for stuff like this. Personally, I would skip it.

Avoid any scheme where you have to pay money to join, also 2400 USD is very unrealistic

You have to be marketing paying2surf to others to be making the money they claim you can make - no other way.
