It's hard for anyone to say a "top ten" list as it varies for everyone who you may or may not have success with. Different sites tend to target different kinds of consumers/people based on what kinds of clients they have.
I alwasy advise people that signing up for surveys is a marathon, not a sprint. Find a good list and pick through it site by site. The more sites you are with the better your odds of getting and qualifying for surveys.

Hi,
I think online survey is wasting time....
You may get paid, but not enough money for your extra income...
I do not recommend do any kind of online survey....
There are many ways you can make money online!!

The top paying survey sites for everyone are different, but there are a few survey sites generally send most surveys such as GlobalTestMarket, Surveyspot..but still you should sign up with as many as you can (or as many as you feel comfortable with) to increase the number of surveys you could receive.
