They, and similar sites promise $5 $10, $100, and more per web surf. Charm mail has a payout level on its 'free membership' of over $60,000, since that is actually the SILVER membership payout level.
I clicked on a few sites and 'earned' $1,550 so far. (They give you a $500 sign up bonus!)
I notice a lot of 'pay to' sites like this - with ridiculously high payouts like those mentioned above.
OK, what the SCAM is THIS all about?
So far, I can't get answers from the website.
Anyone have experience with this type of deal?

Hi, Thanx for you input but, you seem to be asking the same question I am! And, what do you mean by 'save your money'? I'm not spending any money!

straight up scams are all they are. if you look at there advertising prices they are around a few cents per mail sent. so thus its impossible for any company to make a few cents then pay out $100 per mail. its all a scam to get people to join so they can get people to pay to advertise when in fact they will never pay any of the gain from the advertising to the members.
complete waste of time

Yes, I figured it's a complete waste of time, and a scam. Just wondering how the scam works. How you wind up getting NOTHING - or whatever one DOES get.
They have memberships ranging from $40 to $80. The 'payout' level goes from $60,000(!!) for a $40 membership, to $1,000 for the $80 membership (platinum).
Of course, they want you to buy in, in hopes that you will collect.
I hardly think I am gonna collect the $1550 I 'earned' in less than 15 minutes, no matter what I do!
Just wondering how the scam operates. I figure that knowledge alone should keep it from being a COMPLETE and TOTAL waste of time!
I guess I am thinking that gaining 'spam awareness' will be of some use.
Also, I would just like to know what someone's EXPERIENCE with them has been.
Perhaps though, no one here has been naive enough to actually pursue this. (yes, I was, BUT I AIN'T giving them my dough!!)
On the other hand, they are still in business soooo....

well pretty much how it works is.
1. sucker people into paying for "upgraded memberships"
2. advertisers pay them, and they do not pay any out to the members.
so thats how they scam people.
As for how they are still in business i have wondered that myself. why are these retarded scam sites not shut down? they really need to be
