After I got past the confusion on how the comp plan would actually work, it appears the money would be good if enough people could make enough sales.
Here's the problem from my perspective.
First of all, the products, while they may be helpful to some, don't really seem to be what you are marketing. They are just a bunch of ebooks with resale rights like scores of others on the market. Are you actually marketing the books to people who need this info. to build their business? Or are you really marketing the business of selling these books so you can take advantage of the comp plan?
Secondly, in spite of the site/hosting you are going to get for your $20 per month, are you going to be able to get traffic to it? Free organic traffic from the search engines? Not likely. It sounds like it is a replicated site, so you won't even be indexed. You'll have to drive traffic to it which isn't that easy unless you have a lot of money to put into advertising.
I'm not saying that the program is a scam or anything like that, I'm just saying that it isn't at all as easy as it is being presented to be. You are going to have to invest a lot of time and/or money to make it work, and that there's a lot better options available.
Just my opinion, of course.

A very true and valid point you have made there.
