Cognigen and Commission River

Has anyone been following the Cognigen and Commission River merger? From what I've read, Cognigen will be getting new products at higher commission rates as a result. The downside is only a two tier, rather then six tier, system. Any thoughts?

I didn't know about the merger - hopefully Cognigen will still be a decent opportunity.
