NEVE I JUST DID A LITTLE MOER RESEARCH
and apparently the answer is never. DO NOT I repeat
DO NOT sign up for this as it is a scam.
There are sites that actually allow you todo this and make money...this is not one of them.
A site that does actually pay you for doing this is now in my sig for those interested, it is legitimate.

yeah I was kinda of suprised(but then not so much) at how many Pay to read sites there are out there. What's really funny is that my wife has been promoting her site (her legitimate one) for oh what 2 days and has gotten around 30 inquiries and 11 sign ups. And is making money too. She's way better at this early on than I ever was

Blast her and her confounded success She is now at 30+ signups with upwards of 100 replys in a matter of days...
I'm considering becoming an employee of hers.
In all fairness she is a marketer by trade prior to staying home with the kids...

Boy! With that ability of hers she could potentially retire in a few years maybe less if she found an MLM to promote.
