A few changes to the RIOY/Trivita offerings, not really anything to severe other than some legalities that the Trivita legal dept. says has to be addressed. Originally Karl and the RIOY gang wanted to take care of the administration of Trivita completely, so the individual who signed would not have to make day to day decisions on running the program. This apparently will not be the case, in fact many of the admin tasks that we will have to be involved with will include most creating your own account, setting up autoship and ordering with your own C.C. or payment arrangements. Although what RIOY is offering still is on the table in that with your deposit into Trivita, they will take care of your downline and pay you way for 25 months, which includes your orders etc. The one thing that comes to mind though and something I must of overlooked intitally, is the fact that with whatever you deposit into the system, (amount) there is a waiting period for them to start up your payments into Trivita. I have copied and pasted the email from Karl Green below.... read for yourself how this works.
From your one-time deposit we will send you $300 per month for twenty-five (25) months for $100 of product each month so your checks will keep coming and four (4) customers per month at $50 each (that's $5,000 to build your business with customers over the twenty-five months). Your only ongoing monthly program fee will be the $35 per month RIOY membership fee. And I guarantee you will triple your deposit within your first twelve months or your One-Time Fee will be totally refunded. Your monthly $300 payment will start immediately after we receive your deposit of $2,500 or more, in the next month after we receive your $2,000 deposit, two months after we receive your $1,500, three months after we receive your $1,000 deposit and five months after we receive your $500 deposit. I have never seen any company in over thirty years in this industry that has impressed me as much as TriVita. My whole purpose in creating RIOY was to eventually get our members into TriVita so they could build a true walk-away income that would let them retire in one to two years. Many TriVita members earn $1,000,000 per year and you could too in just five to seven years.
And there you go, that is the basic outline of what Karl is promoting. To me it sounds like an outstanding opportunity and this should be considered carefully by all who desires independence from the corporate time bomb.

Hey Scott,
You did a great job of explaining the program. I have a lot of respect for Karl and the other admin to make such radical changes. They obviously put much time and effort (and calculations!) into their decision.
I'm looking forward to this move and I can't wait to see the results!
Take care,
Laura

I sincerely hope that all of the individuals who stay with RIOY will see the results that the have been guaranteed. For me, I have decided to watch and observe for awhile before I invest any more money.
I feel that this organization is trying to serve their clients but I would like to see a business model and a business plan that is more stable and consistent than I have seen. I feel that they need to establish a steady pattern of dependability for a longer period of time.
Good luck to everyone who continues with them.
John

I was not going to post here again, but when I saw RIOY was promoting Trivita, which I am in and is an exceptional company that is Cooperative Marketing not MLM. It does not work the same way at all. You are not dependent on referrals to earn at Trivita.
I would definitely thoroughly read the Trivita pay plan and all the various ways to earn in the payplan, Then weigh the benefits and liabilities of working it through RIOY versus working it directly with the company. Then make your own decision based on all the facts. Just my opinion. I am paraphrasing what a very good online friend of mine at MMG posted on this thread over there.

Okay Anna, If you read my last post you will see that RIOY is basically going to pay your way through Trivita for 25 months with a one time deposit. They are also going to pay it's members their deposit on the 10th, 11th and 12th month into Trivita. So if said member buys into Trivita with $2500 then they will receive a $2500 payment on each of these months. I'm not a math wizard, but after putting 2 and 2 together I'm coming up with $15000.00 over the course of 25 months!! Just the fact that they are basically giving out a two year grant to assure all members are assured a reasonable income within one year with Trivita seems to be a no-brainer.

Hi,
Nothing is a no brainer these days and in particular working a business online, or even offline for that matter.
I have to agree with Anna to make sure if you join this plan that RIOY is offering to do your homework. TriVita is an awesome company and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to work from home and create a real residual income over time. However I don't feel this is the way to build your TriVita business. I for one would never put that kind of responsiblity into the control of another person.
Also if the RIOY business plan for payments includes that every customer they place into a persons organization is going to purchase month after month after month...they are mistaken and need to re-look at their business plan.
Please do you own homework folks...this is just smart business.
I came here to express my opinon not to turn this into a debate...I don't debate I just tell it the way it is. I know how TriVita works and myself, as I am sure also for Anna and many others, are doing very well in the business.
What ever the decision a person makes they must live with it, so make it a decision that is based on your own discovered knowledge, not someone you barely know.
I wish you all well in whatever endeavour you choose!
Cheers,
John

MAP: Also if the RIOY business plan for payments includes that every customer they place into a persons organization is going to purchase month after month after month...they are mistaken and need to re-look at their business plan.
Isn't that what a forum is there John is a place to make debate about a given subject??
As for gathering reliable individuals to place in your downline, I'm sorry but I fail to see the difference whether they come from guam or Canada, if they are payers and stayers or program jumpers I've had them all, and it seems to be a wide spectrum of where I've acquired them.
Network marketing is a blind trust environment, it's the basis of what makes a mediocre business into a great one. The people after all is what makes the business thrive.
Your homework should also include reading some of the posts in this forum. RIOY is not going to "Operate" the business for it's people, they are simply acting as a Coop lead generation entity, and of course putting forth their marketing skills to help members to keep the leads they bring in.
I am going to look into Trivita a little more in depth, and find out what it is that a few posters are getting their skivies all tied up in a knot about, I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around why there is only a couple of people that I can find that have such a problem with RIOY getting involved with Trivita, almost to the point of it sounding personal?? Maybe you can answer this for me? I would appreciate an insight to this perplexing phenomena =).

I'm listening MAP! The only real difference between joining TriVita through RIOY is the payment plan (if you choose to do that), the guarantee and the placement of customers under you.
I do understand your point about people sitting back and just waiting for the money to roll in but the truth is they have some expert marketers on their team who will begin to bring you in customers just as a novice.
That's huge for many people who are breaking into this business who will see paychecks for the first time online. Personally, I will market this like a maniac but I still have faith in these people.
They made some huge changes and are constantly working to make their program so that it's successful for everyone. I really think that Karl has a vision and goals that will be realized especially given the awesome team he is working with.
I have personally been getting PM's and hits to my Squidoo lens and blog just from people that want to know more. I think its a great way for people to get into a reputable program and have some help along the way.
I respect your opinion 100% and I think TriVita is the ultimate way to go!
Take care,
Laura

I am still trying to uderstand this, (hubby found out about RIOY and Trivita) so as I understand it, a person can join Trivita under RIOY for at least $500 AND in five months after RIOY receives the $500 deposit we would receive $300 per month for twenty-five (25) months for $100 of product each month so your checks will keep coming and four (4) customers per month at $50 each (that's $5,000 to build your business with customers over the twenty-five months). Your only ongoing monthly program fee will be the $35 per month RIOY membership fee. And I guarantee you will triple your deposit within your first twelve months or your One-Time Fee will be totally refunded.
Is that correct?
Just $500 to join Trivita and in 5 months after that RIOY gives us a $300 check so we can buy product and customers (and just $35 a month)
OR do we have to join Trivita for $500 PLUS give RIOY $2000
(Still confused about that as in the beginning it mentions a fee of $2500)
Someone explain please, thanks
If thats the case that the total to RIOY is $2500 than that isnt such a good deal in my humble opinion.
(also what am I doing wrong with my sig line?;(

Hi Luvtravel,
First of all I want to make a correction in my previous post. Besides the payment plan, the difference in joining TriVita with RIOY is that they will be placing BA's and MAP customers under you.
With that said, yes...you are correct and it depends on how much you invest as to when they start paying for the $100 product order and map customers. If you give $500 then it will start in the 5th or 6th month.
There is an actual schedule. If I didn't post it here all ready I'll look for it and post it for everyone to see!
I personally think its an incredible offer and I am absolutely thrilled. Right now as I write this post, things are on hold as the RIOY admin and TriVita admin and attorneys work everything out.
I am not officially a member with TriVita because I haven't received my confirmation email and I all ready have enough people in my first level.
Take care and feel free to PM me or post here with your questions.
Laura
PS...I can't figure out why your sig in not working. I even went to mine and it looks exactly the same.
Maybe something is off or maybe you can go back to your profile and make your link clickable instead.

No. If you do the $2500 then RIOY will start you off right away with the payments. You can do denominations of $500 minimum or you can do the $2500. You would still do the $35 payments as they will use that to advertise and build up your legs.
In fact, you do not have to do any of those and just join RIOY and Trivita. You will be making your own payments to TriVita but RIOY would still build up your legs.
I hope that answers your question because from your original post you seemed to understand the rest!
Take care,
Laura

luvtravel: but my question is Is the total to get involved with RIOY $2500??
To answer your question luvtravel, the only funds you have to pay to get involved with RIOY is $35 for your RIOY membership, there are other programs that are still available to you through RIOY other than Trivita. Most of the talk lately is about Trivita and that involves paying the minumum of $500 to get involved with that program. And you really don't HAVE to spend that much if you do not want to, there is a minimum membership option you can join which gets you started in Trivita, but the offerings are not much, compared to the full blown membership benefits.
Your assumption is correct luv, and as Laura has stated, once you pay your $500 within 6 months RIOY takes care of all the Trivita costs for you from that point for 25 months, as long as you make your $35/month RIOY membership payment.
I think I see what is wrong with your signature link, I'll get back with you with another post to let you know luvtravel.

by looking at it you have this: ADVERTISE and earn rebates daily
It needs to look like this instead: ADVERTISE and earn rebates daily
Or you can put the text first then the link if that's what you would like.
Just copy and past it from here into your profile
Hope that helps Take care Scott

Yes Luv. I just posted an explanation of the system on my main website.
I'll PM you with the url.
In short though, they will buy you 100 customers at $50 each and pay for your $100 product order.
That was always Karl Green's intention...to help others work from home.
If you choose to promote like I will always do, you will get a 20% bonus on the one-time payment that someone pays for under you.
That's pretty good in my opinion.
I really do think its a win-win situation.
Take care,
Laura

My bad luv, I left something out there that's why you are seeing url as a link. Try this: I'm not able to put the text in verbatim because it just shows up as a link. so try this trick:
Go to one of your posts and click the edit button, once their type in the text you want to show on your signature link ie "adscashgenerator" or whatever. Highlight that text, then at the top menu bar you see the bold, italics, underline buttons, the next button is a "create hyperlink button" click that and put the referral link you want in the pop up box and click "ok" this will create the proper format you want. Once that's done, just copy and paste the generated code into your "signature profile" and you should have it . You might want to delete the link in the post after you're done so it doesn't show up in the forum.
That will make it better 4 U.

Laura, I had heard that if you come into Trivita by paying the $100 fee you don't get any commissions or bonuses for people who sign up under you, is that correct?
If so than RIOY's downline builder wouldn't work, right?
Isn't it were you have to come in at the Trivita $500 level to get commissions and bonuses for BA's?

luvtravel: Isn't it were you have to come in at the Trivita $500 level to get commissions and bonuses for BA's? The $500 level isn't paid to Trivita directly luv, it's what you pay RIOY to make the payments and place BA's below you in Trivita, I think you are confusing the two. You do have to pay a minumum of $500 for RIOY to start creating your downline and managing the Trivita system. Plus you will have to maintain your RIOY membership of $35 for the duration of this RIOY/Trivita partnership, which would be a total of 31 months--6 month waiting period to begin with $500 then 25 months that RIOY pays your way to Trivita.
Does this help luv??

The TriVita -RIOY partnership is getting closer to being resolved! It has taken longer than most of us expected but that only ensures that they are going over everything with a fine-tooth comb.
That's a good thing! I'm so excited about getting started and have had lots of inquiries!
Take care,

You bet Laura, the excitement builds, I've noticed it in my referrals, I'm getting an average of five per day, and it's mostly due to RIOY and it's association with Trivita. Just received an email from Mark today, here's what he had to say:
Hi folks,
Just wanted to let you know that I heard from Karl today that he is making progress with TriVita and they are getting closer to an agreement.
This would allow all our members who have already signed up for TriVita to be confirmed and placed into their system and we would be able to reopen our TriVita sign up link.
Please do NOT call TriVita to sign up directly. This could create serious problems with your sign up and incorrect placement into Karls downline.
Also please do not call TriVita to set up your orders until after you hear from TriVita that you have been verified and from RIOY that we are ready for you to do so.
We will notify you when signups will reopen and direct you to your RIOY back office to get signed up.
Thank you for your patience. We are getting closer folks.
RIOY Support
I also joined the support call Tuesday and Karl is bringing in another program that sounds very interesting, it's called "My Financial Miracle" and basically is riding the Karl Green wave in a totally passive interest bearing kind of way. This isn't a referral program, so the link I'm giving out here is a "straight" link to the website Karl has specifically for this program. If you would like to make some serious return on your money, you might want to look at this.
[Link removed - Admin]
Don't let the "simplistic" look of the site fool you, this is just the Karl Green signature look, he's a no frills kind of guy, but has a lot of experience and money to back it up =).

I finally was able to make the conference call tonight for RIOY. Apparently everything has been taken care of and Karl is in touch with "the company" people daily. He was expecting the sign ups to commence today but it was delayed to a circumstance with someone in "the company."
All is good though and the RIOY admin have set up the entire sign up system. I think its so exciting and the fact that they will triple your investment in a year in addition to building your program is undeniably one of the best programs available.
After speaking with Karl (on a conference call) it more than confirms to me the validity of this program and only enhances my confidence.
Take care,
Laura

Karl Green is once again making good on his word.
Take care,

Not really. You can join RIOY for $35 a month and then join "the company" and RIOY will start building your legs for you. Besides the RIOY $35 fee, you will be paying $25 to "the company" and doing a minimum of $20 of an autoship.
If you take the RIOY route with giving them a down payment they will buy you 4 customers a month as well as pay for your $100 a month autoship. In 2 years you will have 100 customers if you do nothing and potentially more if you work the program.
Please feel free to ask more questions and take care.

I wanted to post here that the admin at RIOY and the admin at "TV" are still working out all the kinks to make sure everyone on both sides is happy. Apparently on Thursday some more progress was made with both teams.
Unfortunately, there is no time frame yet but it is moving forward. Lately patience has not been my virtue but I do understand that its probably better to plod along rather than take care of things hastily.
Take care,
Laura

Its finally done! The registration for RIOY and TriVita is open. All RIOY members can sign up for "TV" through their back offices and newly interested members have to go through RIOY first.
This is so incredibly exciting because this was Karl's plan from the outset and from everything I read about structuring your legs in this program, he had the right idea!
Take care,
Laura

Laura, please do not quote me regarding Trivita and then take my quote and suggest that it is best to use RIOY. As you know, I firmly believe that it is not necessary to join Trivita through a 3rd party, and I have had very bad experiences with RIOY in the past with other opps they were in.
Everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion, should do what is best for them, and I wish you the best of luck, but we do have a separate thread on Trivita in this forum, for Trivita discussions.
