Looks like your typical MLM to me, but if the product works, it could be a good seller.

It does look like a typical MLM, but with a limited product line. Decide first if this is the type of product you can easily promote, and then research the product and its competition before jumping in.
And competition is aplenty in the "Fountain of Youth" industry. I personally had never heard of Orovo before reading your post. But three minutes of research that I did just now told me everything I needed to know.

They are legitimate.
I know that most people promote the weight loss and detox. I can just tell you what I like.
My husband swears by the vitamins. Right now he is in the middle of his stressfull time at work (budget season) and the vitamins help alot.
I love the Epuri line of moisturizers. I have extremely dry skin. Epuri line is the only moisturizer that I have found that works well enough that if I miss a day, I'm not flaky.
