And that's a good point to make too!

Yes, although I should point out that with regard to CarbonCopyPRO, when someone applies they receive information about fees or other expenses.

In terms of my individual marketing, I detail my expenses on my blog--something very few reps for any business do--so I'm certainly not trying to hide anything.

Finally, if someone decides the $37 application fee was a waste of money, they can demand a refund.

As an aside, I personally don't demand refunds unless a product or service is horrible. For example, I recently paid $39 for an e-book that I thought was really worth only about $7 but I didn't ask for a refund.

In my mind, asking for a refund would have been penurious.

All the Best,

Mark

Hi Thomas-

I looked into Carbon Copy Pro as a home business and even though you pay the $37 application fee, you will eventually need to invest as much as $3,000 to $9,000 to make the system work from people I've talked to. There are better systems out there. Just do the research. I did and found a great opportunity.

ownyourlife and I made our peace, so I'm not trying to rekindle an argument. However, I realized I hadn't replied to the above post and I think it deserves a response.

Specifically, the statement, "you need to invest $3000 to $9000 to make the system work" presents only one side of the equation and neglects an important fact.

The important fact is that you get something for that $3000 to $9000! A large portion of those figures are product purchases, which in my mind are worth the cost in and of themselves, regardless of the business opportunity.

Another example, from the health & wellness realm, is that I spend close to $300 per month on nutritional supplements, skin care, and body care products from USANA.

Sure, part of the reason I do that is to stay qualified for residual commissions. But I would buy the products anyway because they improve the quality of my life. Therefore, I don't consider them to be a "business expense" (which is a debatable deduction from an accounting perspective too).

Regarding my other point, when one quotes expenses only, one ignores the other side of the equation, namely revenue and profit!

Since I started using the CarbonCopyPRO marketing system, I have enjoyed a 567% ROI (Return On Investment). That means for every $100 I've spent on fees and advertising, I've earned $667 profit. Or, to use my exact numbers, I've spent $5747 on fees and advertising, which has yielded a profit of $38355 (income disclaimer).

I believe those ROI figures put the "$3,000 to $9,000 to make the system work" in proper perspective.

Best Regards,

Mark

P.S. Obviously, if you join CarbonCopyPRO there are no guarantees that you will earn the same amount as have I. You might make more or less. I offer my figures to highlight the importance of reviewing all the relevant numbers, i.e., potential revenue, expenses, and profit, when evaluating a business opportunity.

I appreciate the detailed response there.
A rarity among promoters...

I would ask, if one doesn't have the $3K, how much would it cost to do carbon copy pro, and what kind of ROI would be had.
A lower priced part of CCP, if there is such a thing.

how much to get going, how much income could be generated, over how long a time - perhaps like to make spending $3K practical.

i would ask...

Hi TJam,

Well there is an option where you can pass up your first three sales (a "Referring Consultant"), which isn't my favorite way to do a business but it is an option for very motivated, smart, long-term oriented folks, who preferably have some marketing experience.

I didn't have the cash at first so I saved the money until I could afford to get started. That's my personal preference but it might not be feasible for some folks who see the value in the business but simply don't have the cash to start.

I have one team member who signed up as a Referring Consultant, a college student, and he is doing a fantastic job. He just started recently so the proof will be in the pudding, as the old saying goes, but if he keeps up the great work he's done so far I'm sure he will get those three sales and start making a great income.

All the Best,

Mark

What are the costs associated with becoming a Referring Consultant?

There's an upfront annual fee $99 to be a Referring Consultant and a $149 monthly fee to use Carbon Copy PRO. Hope that will answer your question.

Of course you can quit at any time you want.
You are your own BOSS.
When you run your own home business, you can decide how long you want to operate your business and how much capital you want to invest in it

All the money you produce in sales will be sent directly to your bank or your other merchant account. You get paid first.

You won't fill out any tax form when you join CCPRO. You will have to contact your tax consultant about how you're supposed to do your tax stuff.

The whole idea of our business is to build a team and watch your past efforts start to pay off big. The residual income plan is incredilble.

You can absolutely "quit" you own business at any time but that would defeat the whole concept of what we do.

I totally agree. Residual income is the key to financial freedom. The whole concept is; to make a sale today and continue to get paid from that same sale over time. Freaking amazing!

Hello everyone,

I've just signed up with ccpro this last week so everything is still a bit overwhelming. It looks like a fantastic system and I can't wait to get stuck in. I would love to hear from any members from the uk or ireland who could maybe give me a bit of advice on merchant accounts or any other hints and tips you might find would be helpful to me. Thanks a lot.

Hi all,

I have doing a lot of reading regarding the Carbon Copy pro opportunity and I must say I'm impressed. I have yet to sign up like so many others, I don't have the money to put forth just yet, but I will be saving to cash in on this opportunity. I will not ask a lot of questions as I have found many answers within this forum and the Net. I do want to ask one, if I go a head and pay my application fee ( which will provide a new level of knowledge about the company) what I don't understand is there is a minimum on $2000.00 (M1 I believe), does this include advertising funds or do I need the $2000 plus a cash flow for advertising? Can someone help me better understand?

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Thomas,

Did you start with CCPro? I'm doing that now & I love it. What I found with CCPro is that this company is so honest. When they say you can make a six figure income a year, they're right on the mark. If you did not start with CCPro, e-mail me & We'll chat. Till then...

To your success,
Michelle

Hello everyone,

This is my first post, and I'm glad to see people have had a positive experience with Carbon Copy Pro. Unfortunately, my experience was not so positive, which is what has compelled me to search for a place to post my review/opinion.

A little background on myself, I've been involved with internet marketing for 5 - 6 years now, and I earn a decent income. But I must admit, when I come across a good sales page, I get just as excited as the next guy, and more often than not, if it's reasonable, I try to find out more about the program.

So I came across someone's sales page, requested more information, which led me to Carbon Copy Pro. After gathering more information, I find that Carbon Copy Pro is a Network Marketing program, which is something I am just not comfortable with. Now I don't want this to turn into a "I hate network marketing" post because I don't. I'm sure many many people have made money hand over fist with network marketing programs in the past, and will continue to do so in the future, it's just something I am not comfortable with, which is my right.

So when I received a phone call from a Carbon Copy Pro representative, I explained when I requested more information, I was not aware Carbon Copy Pro was a network marketing program, so it's something I'm just not comfortable with. She politely said "no problem, I'll note you are no longer interested in the program". So I thought I was done...

A few weeks go by, and I receive a phone call from one of the coaches from Carbon Copy Pro, and he explained to me the operator I spoke with didn't properly note why I wasn't interested, so he was just following up to make sure I received all the necessary information, and if I had any questions. So I tell him the same thing I told the operator, I am just not comfortable with network marketing. He then got really defensive, and started telling me how 2 influential people just wrote a couple books that was dedicated to network marketing. At this point, I just wanted to get off the phone because I didn't want to get into a debate over network marketing. So I told him again, network marketing is just something I am not comfortable with.

His closing statement was then "whatever you're looking for online, you're not going to find it, have a nice day".

If this guy is suppose to be a coach, which gave me the impression was a high level position, I have to say, reflects poorly in Carbon Copy Pro. But after reading these other posts, it sounds like this guy is more of an isolated case. Nonetheless, I just wanted to share my experience, although brief, with Carbon Copy Pro...

Best of luck to everyone regardless of the program/business they pursue...

What I love most about Carbon Copy Pro Networking opportunity is the lead page.

Though I promote Direct Marketing program which has a good compensation plan. I still think the doorway page we use could be revamped.

All the best with your network marketing ventures!

VegasLivin,

I am sorry to hear you had such a negative experience.

Unfortunately with a business as large as CarbonCopyPRO there will always be those small numbers amongst our ranks that handle business in this way.

I am assuming this person you spoke to was not a "coach" from the home office. It was probably one of our associates(the one you placed the application with). Once you express no interest to the call center they will not follow up again. They do not have the time to recall uninterested parties at a later date.

But that does not excuse this one persons actions to you over the phone. From the sound of their negativity are doomed in this industry.

And yes Carbon Copy PRO is a direct salesnetwork marketing business. It is not considered MLM because of the specific nature of the commission plan.

Hello all,
I have a few questions, as I am quite certain I will be starting up with CCPro. First of all, its obvious that some people are going to make good money with this program, others might make serious money, and others will lose money. What I want to know is what seperates these people from one another? is it having the knowledge and intelligence in marketing to attract a lot of people to you? is it having a lot of money to invest in your business? is it just pure luck????(joking.. kind of). my point is, what exactly do those who are making a good living from ccpro have, that others do not have? My other question is, and I still need to do some serious research, but it seems to me that an important factor that will affect how much profit one generates is who you are on a sales team with, and who your coach is. am i correct in this assumption? lastly, approximately how many hours a week does one spend on this in order to absoultely maximize one's profit.

Hi,

I started with CCPro back in Dec 2007. When I got started, I knew nothing about marketing but I knew that I wanted to make money. I did make some huge mistakes. I started doing PPC. (pay per click) and I really didn't set up a marketing budget. Now, that I know better. I really watch it. I am the adverage person who knew nothing. I have to much help in this business. Failure is not an option, success is. With CCPro, you have all the training at your finfure tips for success.

To your massive success,
Michelle

That is true to some degree.

With CCPRO you can succeed even if you sponsor isnt the most seasoned vet of the business. The help you receive comes from everyone, thats if you want it.

Some will just try one thing and see little results and say "this business doesnt work". You need to apply all the training in order for it to work. If you take the time to learn the system, heed others advice and learn from those mistakes made by others you will succeed.

What seperates those who succeed from those who fail is their persistence and tenacity. All the leaders in our company(and many other companies) have struggled at one time. But it was their ability to fight through these struggles that allowed them to get where they are today.

Good luck in your decision!

All I want to know is there anyone out there that is earning a six figure income with CCPro? If not, are you at least satisfied with your ROI? And is this company listed with the BBB? I haven't looked because I don't feel like it nor am I interested in CCPro(lol) but since everyone is so fascinated with it, I was just wondering these few questions. The people that were speaking about it back in Jan. or even last year are not even bragging about it anymore. lol What's up with that?

Yes, there are a lot of people who do make a 6 figure income. There is a lot of hype about CCPro. My suggestion to is this, if you're a serious entrepreneur, you would not be asking these questions. When I joined CCPro, I did not look into how many people were making a 6 figure income, I was looking at the company as a whole. I am very happy with being with CCPro. If this is not right for you, that's ok. You'll find a home business that's right for you, or you're already in one that makes you happy. If that is the case, I wish you many years of success.

To your massive success,
Michelle

I think there can be significant differences in what each person experiences in any type of business online or off. There are so many factors to look at. One person may fail miserably at lets's say PL while another makes money hand over fist with PL. The one failing will cry scam and the other will say it's great. Go figure.

There are so many reasons why people(CCPRO)consultants would not still be here from January. I stick around because I get a lot of marketing help from other posts and I have also had sign ups in my CCPRO organization from this forum.

I would not make any assumptions about how viable CCPRO is as a business opportunity based on the absence of a few consultants on this forum. What I will tell you though is that not everyone that teams up with CCPRO will earn $250 in their first year. Not everyone will stick around. Thats just the nature of any business in general.

On top of CCPRO business I own an Auto Care/Transmission business that has been very profitable for me. I have seen new and old shops close down around me due to many different reasons. But I still continue to grow and grow due to my persistence and ability to change with the times.

The reason I bring this up is because it is important to look at the bigger picture. Just because others have failed at a certain business does not mean it will not work for you nor does it mean that the business is not viable. It is good that you are doing your due diligence, but really, you have to expand outside this forum to make your final decision.
