Hi Everyone I am new to this site so please excuse me if I am not familiar with proper procedures etc.
I see in many of the comments that they are advertising on Craigslist. Can I ask how they are getting the website url into the ad as I thought that this type of ad are the ones they don't want?
Any suggestions would be most welcome
Regards Eric

Hi greatusa, As far as I know your campaign should start within 24-48 hours, you can see their terms & conditions, it explains the time frame for each type of advertising. Could you please let us know your results when you get them? Thanks.
Hi taffy26, Are you a registered member of craigslist? If not, you need to register. Because I just write a simple 2 line ad and put my url in there and craigslist turns it into a clickable link. Also, you can only run this type of ad under Services --> Small Biz Ads. Hope this helps.

I recently downloaded my own e-book, and within the first two days, got 6 buyers. But since then, I have had trouble getting any more traffic to my link and blog. I have made my money back, and then some, so I definitely cannot complain. But it seems like my traffic has dropped off of a cliff. It is a very novel idea, and it definitely works. I was just wondering if there were any ideas out there to help me promote it further (preferably for free, but I'm open to anything).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi AppealMarketing and thanks for your reply. Yes, I am registered with craigslist. If I remember correctly the urls rejected were tiny.urls. Is this significant? Regards Eric

Hey Eric, I've never used tiny url's before, so I have no experience with them and craigslist. I have my own site and use my .com site name with no problems. Anyone out there use tiny url's with craigslist??

Hi Marv Dorn The reason I was using tiny.urls was that I was reducing the length of the affiliate links and attempting to hide my affiliate number to avoid tampering. Does that make sense to you? Eric

Hi Eric, I know why tiny url's are used, I don't have a need to use them, as I have my own domain name appeal-marketing dot com, I just registered: realincome4beginners dot com and have it forwarded to my appeal marketing site. You could always try clickaudit dot com, it hides your url AND is a free ad tracker, so you can see how many hits each ad is pulling, up to 10 links are completely free. Hope this helps.

Hi Marv, thanks for your reply. What actually happened is that I was led to their planet-traffic website with some brief forms presented for me to fill out. I thought that this is just for order placement and that I will be given another form or link where I can place my actual email content. So I just put in a brief description (lucky that I also put my income4beginners url). That's it. And then yesterday, I got an email from the admin, telling me that my ad has been sent out (???).
How should I actually send my email content to them? Thanks again for your help. Otherwise, I think I hav wasted my 15 bucks.

Hi Jac, From my understanding with Planet-Traffic, if you a text ad, you use the forms provided, if you want to send a html ad, you need to email the html code to them. I have sent them a couple of emails since I had submitted my ad & haven't heard anything back yet. Ad was sent to them on Sunday. Looks like everyone should stay away from them until someone gets some actual results.

Thanks Marv, I emailed webmaster(at)planet-traffic(dot)com because of this misunderstanding and he (his name is Sebas) actually replied, apologized and asked me to send my HTML message. I sent it today, so will let you know what happens. Not trying to be judging here but English doesn't seem to be his/her mother tongue. Good luck to all and more sales!

Hi Jac, They emailed me and started my ad today, was $14.99 for 10,000 USA solo emails, offering my 6by6Million program (costs $6 of course). I have never seen this much traffic, so far they have sent 922 visitors to my webpage and I have made 4 sales so far, they are still sending traffic as we speak! So the ad has paid for itself with a little profit. I did get an email back from a new customer, she told me she had signed up while she was doing her PTR (Paid To Read emails), I'm used to solo ads going to contact email addresses of people in safelists, but whatever works! I look forward to hearing your results Jac and good luck!

Hey Everyone!
Glad to see all the new posters.
I came across a Lady (who had not purchased the system, but claims to know all about it) that claims this is a Pyramid scheme! She obviously doesn't realize this is unlike anything out there. Some people just can't believe that Jon Davies doesn't get something out of this. I do think he gets affiliate earnings off of his links in the market page, though. So everytime I use the marketing page, I feel like I am paying him back alittle for my success! LOL I don't mind that one bit!
I have an ad going out tomorrow and then monday. I have never used a company that couldn't take my yahoo account???? But oh well. the company is Traffic9 solo ads. Let you know how it goes.
Special thanks to all my new myspace friends!

Hi everyone! well i have just stumbled upon this income4beginners, and thanks to what i have read here, i decided to test it out. i just bought it tonight, and my question is does the person you bought it from wait until the payment has cleared before you recieve it? because my paypal account is debit only, so it will take about a week to clear. im dying to get started, it sounds like it really works and im excited to try it out and make it work for me too!

Thanks Marvs, glad to hear your successful campaign so far. Cheers to that! As to mine, not quite lucky yet. I sent my email as an attachment (beginner's error again), and Sebas couldn't open it. So I sent it just now as it is, HTML email with my yahoo email account, as Sebas suggested. Thanks to Jennifer also. To moneymamma, am a beginner also : ) but why don't you try emailing Jon Davies at admin(at)income4beginners(dot)com? He's not very fast, but he responded to my couple of emails in the past with positive results. Good luck to you!

Nope, I have had a few echecks and they got it right away. You should have returned to the merchant to get your PDF file. Contact me if you need help, I have had several not follow through with the checkout process. It is an easy fix, and seems to be the only downside to this system I have found so far. (though not I4B's fault, everyone should read everything carefully) But I am sure lots of Ebook merchants run into this, too. Since it is not tangible. I hope you enjoy your System!
To everyone's success!

I just want to say that I bought Income4beginners yesterday. I'm really excited about this opportunity! Can someone tell me how often they send email campaigns and how many emails at a time. Is it just the more you send the more sales will come in or is there an optimum number. I'm really excited about this opportunity, so please share any tips you migh have.
Thanks

Hiya Everyone
I paid for for mine 2 days ago, after seeing this Income4Beginners, paid the 20.00 required, after putting in my paypal link. The money was received, but I have had no link to use to be able to access this for myself. Or the details for the Marketing Page either. I have emailed Jon 3 times now, and heard nothing back. Also emailed the man who received my payment. He has been in touch with me, but can't help me.
I feel I have lost the money, as I can't put in the input that the rest of you can.
I feel let down at the moment, as I don't know what to do now, now that the payment has been received, and hearing nothing back at all. Have had no links whatsoever, let alone my own personal one, or the ad sites some of you have been to (have been reading some of your posts).
Cheers love Lor xx

I4B is relatively new to me.. only had it for just over 2 weeks... its straight forward, easy to use, appeals to new marketers because of its ease of use and it does what it says on the tin!
Well I like it...and it works well along side other suck it and see type sites.. whilst new marketers are learning their craft... its not a get rich quick scam.. doesnt make outrageous claims or push unethical 'black hat' marketing techniques to get a sale. It just takes a bit of nouse... and you get guidance from the info you receive once you have paid your money... you dont get out for nowt in this game..
And I forgot.. it is fun!

Hi All, Thought I would share a new marketing strategy that came my way this past week. I now sell a low cost program ($6) used a solo email ad to sell 11 of them in 2 days, then sent each a welcome email (like I always do) and had my links for I4B and 2020unlimited at the bottom and to my surprise I sold 2 I4B packages to the $6 program customers. I guess it makes sense, as the Guru's give a ebook away for $7 and then ALWAYS have a one time only offer behind it, so I guess this is the same type of principal, but I don't dangle the carrot in front of them like the big guys do. Will try it again this week and report back on the results to see if it is repeatable.

Hi southbank63,
Of course you can "nick it", whatever that means, are you from Australia? Just let everyone know what your results are, I'll be letting my group know in this weeks email tomorrow night, so you have a day's head start!! Good Luck.

I posted a few days ago, but post is not here yet from what I can see. Basically I purchased this, and didn't get any personal link, or marketing products at all ? I am still in the process of trying to sort it out, with Jon, and the person I purchased it from. Only heard from Jon once in all this. He asked for my receipt, which I have sent to him twice now, hopefully I will hear something soon, as he said, when he got the receipt he'd send me what I need, I only hope that includes the personal link too. It has now been 4 days, and I am no further forward since I paid.
Cheers Lor

Hi excberlor,
The person you purchased I4B from can certainly help you, they can send you the document you need with all the links. They have received notification that you have paid for it, I do this all the time for my customers. If you send a copy of your receipt to me, I'll send you what you need. marv at appeal-marketing dot com, just chage it to regular email format.

Hi AppealMarketing
'Nick' means pinch, steal... no I'm not from Australia..Uk.. though a few hundred years ago if I had 'nicked' something I would have been transported to Australia for free! Have to pay thousands to get there now! LOL

Southbank63,
LOL! Now that is funny. Guess the penile community of Australia has grown and it is no it's own country. I lived in England and Scotlnd or a few years so it is always nice to see different uses for words. Funny how in the UK the language can change so much in a 25 mile radius.
