Hi,
I have started the monavie program and I like it so far. I have come to realize that the product is actually good. I have had friends with fibromyalgia, lupus, and even terrets. I can't believe how it has helped my friends. It also has a great compensation plan.

Monavielady,
I agree MonaVie is a great product. The business can be hard to do because of the expense as many people won't pay even though it is definitely a great product and worth the price in my eyes too!
Best Wishes,

I was the BIGGEST Skeptic! I researched thoroughly. It is a wonderful product! I went from SKEPTIC of the year, to a daily drinker, to a distributor. In a few simple words....I have more energy (not the jittery, caffeine, diet pill type of energy) - but rather a clean - plugging along focused energy, plus, better sleep, and NO joint pain (arthritis runs in my family - I'm drinking the Active Version). Alot of people seem to benefit from better sleep. I do know that I'll never eat 19 fruits in a day, or even 19 tiny bits of 19 different fruits in a day. Not to mention some of the most nutrient dense fruits...unless I have my Monavie!

One more thing......everyone is really focused on the Acai berry (which is for sure the super fruit!) however .... the other 18 fruits were chosen for qualities of their own from 130 that were originally tested by Monavie.

Dear Brian,
With all due respect, Sir, how can you refer to yourself as a top internet marketer
making massive profits and then say that MonaVie is expensive? Expensive? I don't
think so!
I'm not sure what world you live in, but where I'm from the parking lots are packed
every night with people paying $18.50 for a bowl of noodles with cream sauce and
four ounces of chicken or shrimp at the local Olive Garden or Red Lobster. Oh, yes,
they also get some white bread and butter and a big bowl of lettuce. Those $7
glasses of wine and dessert pump up the final tab to $30-$45 per person. I don't
hear anyone complaining. And that's a mid-level franchise--not fine dining.
Ever go to a sporting event and see thousands of people standing in line to buy a 20 ounce bottle of Bud Light for $8 a pop? When they turn around they have as many
bottles as their little hands can carry. I don't hear anyone complaining.
MonaVie expensive? I don't think so.
The hip-hop crowd around here (and this is Allentown, PA--not Hollywood!) think
nothing of shelling out $50-$60 for some Grey Goose vodka or Captain Morgan or a
case of Corona. Or a bag of dirtweed.
MonaVie expensive? I don't think so.
Have you ever seen the price for a months worth of Glucosamine at Wal-Mart? Or Co-
Q10? Or Sam-e? I have a friend who pays over $120 a month--every month--for his
supply of vitamin & protein supplements. My Starbucks cost me $75-$85 a month when
I'm on the road. I'm certainly not rich, but I don't complain.
MonaVie expensive? I don't think so. It reminds me of Apple Computers. You never
hear Apple owners complain about the price. They're that good. The only people who
complain about the price are the people who are too cheap to buy one.
MonaVie is a powerful, delicious and EFFECTIVE beverage! It's nourishing,
satisfying, nutritious and my neck pain is gone, my lower back pain is gone and the
pain in my fingers is almost gone--after less than a month of drinking MonaVie
Active Blend two or three times a day.
I've done the research, I've used the product and I think MonaVie is worth every
penny--at wholesale or retail!
I am very grateful that SOMEONE had the foresight, the wisdom, the patience, the
compassion, the kindness and the capital to develop this product and bring it to
market.
The company could have easily decided to market this product at $50 a bottle
exclusively in health food stores, gyms, clubs and spas. If that were the case I
might never have had the chance--or courage to discover and try this amazing
product.
Fortunately the brilliant minds at MonaVie gave regular folks--like me--a chance to
get in on the action and to participate in the financial rewards as well as the
health benefits. For this I am very grateful.
Thank you, MonaVie!

I was recently looking into some new opportunities available in the health and wellness industry, and found that most all of the acai juice products came in at approximately the same price. My brother in-law works in the lab for a company that formulates bulk liquid and powder products for many of the mainstream vitamin and supplement wholesalers so I looked to him for some advise, he told me they are currently evaluating many of the "superfruit" products on the market, and where working with some company's to develop similar products, he then went on and on for quite a while in a language foreign to most anyone unless they are a chemist. Here is what could decipher from my conversation with him; while many companies are selling the sizzle of the acai berry, most have a relatively low percentage of acai berry juice, the other thing that said was that the antioxidant properties of the berries are effected by the method and speed in which they are processed, he could not remember exactly process or they used or what percent acai juice Monavie was but he felt it was a good product. As for the price he told me it's the same old story with supply and demand, relatively unknown outside the rain forest of Brazil until recently, the price was set when the supply was very limited and the berries where picked from tall palm trees in the wild, he told me harvesting techniques have improved and there are new processing plants coming online this should bring about a price drop in the near future. As for me I am exploring other options for now and waiting to see what happens with new comers in the acai juice business. However after much time spent on due diligence, if I were to go into the business today, I would go with Monavie if your local area is not saturated with distributors. Hope this was of some help. If you have any specific questions I would be happy to ask my brother in-law. Good Luck

Here we go with MLM product worship again!
Brian extols the value of the product, but decries the price. That's an accurate and neutral assessment.
Just because people are willing, or have no choice but to throw their money away on the goods and services you mention, does not make MonVie products any more valuable. Or any less OVERPRICED.
And if you haven't heard anyone complaining, perhaps it's because you are not listening.
I am an Apple computer user. The Apple products and services are waaay overpriced. I AM COMPLAINING! But I still use them. They are excellent but overpriced products. Same for their service. And once again, I AM COMPLAINING!
STARBUCKS? OLIVE GARDEN? RED LOBSTER? Overpriced luxury food. I've gone to each, COMPLAINED, and left. Never to return.
Vitamins and supplements of dubious value? OVERPRICED - even at WALMART!! I try a few supps. here and there, hoping to find some value, and COMPLAIN about the price.
Overpriced alcohol and 'dirt weed'? Same thing. Usually one has no other choice but to pay, AND COMPLAIN!
Exercise and a moderate lifestyle, coupled with READING, and other attempts at accessing GOOD INFORMATION, solved my back, and neck (spinal) problems. Virtually NO COST - other than the time it takes to make lifestyle changes, and EXERCISE! and NO COMPLAINTS!
Let's save the dubious 'product value' that MLM's have to offer, for the HEALTH section of this forum. Sell your products there!
This is supposed to be about BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES - how to make money.
If MonVie can MAKE MONEY, show me THAT. Let us discuss the BUSINESS value of MonVie.
Sell your products elsewhere!
PLEASE!

Yes true,
But aren't we surpossed to start with the product, it's a bit hard to sell if you are not passionate about it. I have to really like and trust my product before I can even try to market it.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Hi Couchie, I appreciate your viewpoint. To which I might add:
Yes, be passionate. That's what life is all about!
But the way I understand this forum: Save your MARKETING for the market.
This is supposed to be a forum for discussing business ideas, and the value of each. Answering and asking questions about the particulars of a business opp. Not a place to sell products, or push your personal referral link.
Other than that Couchie, go'head wit yo' passion!
and good luck 2u!

I was one of those who was approached by MonaVie. It took me about 2 months to really take it seriously, not that I doubted the product itself but it was getting over the hump of pestering friends and aquantances-the whole network marketing gig.
I did become a distributor, and now my only regret is I didn't go with my gut sooner. The product and company are legit and it's a fantastic way to supplement income are if you want really make this your complete focus. And you don't have to sell. Just share.
Many will bash an opportunity too quickly. Now I have seen the proof with me own eyes and it has my complete attention.

I have been using the product don't see any noticeable difference yet but only been 3 weeks. I am going to keep taking it for at least two months and go from there
the only downside to it that I see (besides the network marketing biz model) is that it seems to me someday this will just be sold direct. I know a friend that was pushing xango and one day I saw it at costco for half the direct price.

I've been using Tago for a while and it's great. I tried MonaVie out for a while and could not seem to get that one moving as an MLM and the taste was okay but I gave it up. Was thinking of switching to Xango so I'm wondering if it is still available in stores now? I would rather buy it half price for sure!

My husband and I were introduced to Mona Vie 11 months ago.... I am a stay at home mother of 3, he works at a car delaership. We have NEVER done any sort of MLM nor did we know anything about them. We thought maybe this was our opportunity and didn't want to miss it, but with one income we were broke. We borrowed the $292 to start ($39 + 2 cases and shipping) We shared it with our parents and a few of their friends the 1st month and made enough commissions to pay for our juice the next month. 11 months later we have never had to "pay" out of pocket for our juice. Juice that I would be trying to figure out how we would pay for if they sold it at a store becuase it has helped our family so much physically. For us 11 months, sponsoring other "broke" people who are now also getting their juice for free, we cannot complain! Mona Vie has changed our lives forever, I know it can be done, if you work hard at it just like anythign else.

that's a good deal I wouldn't mind getting the product for free...although now even V8 has a product the acai berry at the supermarket for less than $10 so it could be a harder sell as it becomes more mainstream
I do know someone who quit to do it full time but haven't checked in on him lately since now that is all he talks about!

I'm also a mona-vie distributer. I found it alittle difficult to get started if you don't already have a network. Although the product is deffently amazing and it works. Good luck to all the Mona-Vie distributers. Go Black Diamond!

That's an interesting point that you make. What did you do or are you planning to do to overcome this hurdle?
Thanks,
Mike

Since I didn't have a network to just bring over to Mona-Vie, I just got to talk to more people. Talk to 10, get 1. That 1 gets 2, those 2 get 2, and so on~ Which then creates my own "network".
