Thanks for all your very informative posts.
I too looked into 365jobs4u and thought it looked very professional. After reading all these posts I realise how wrong i was. Would someone answer me a question,
With the company, if you take up the offer of Google Adsense with them, how do you get ripped off seeing you get paid by Google. There are copies of the cheques received (probably not real).
As I am looking for a job to make some money (just been through a divorce and SKINT!!!) I am not a computer whizzkid!! Would anyone be able to suggest a good website that would get me back on my feet Scamfree!!!

thanks all of my dear friends.I thought to join in 365jobs4u.com,but you people alert me about this scam.Well I worked with www.easypostjob4u.com for ad posting job,but they r also fraud.Plz anyone help me to punish to such fraud.I want to hack their site.So that they will have to cry for this froud.

karma: 365jobs4u.com have been around for two years, if it is a big scam how come it hasnt been shut down already, or maybe they are just careless in the payroll department.
They pretty much indemnify themselves in their TOS:

bakana25: Hi, I am new to the work at home biz. Got involved with 365jobs4u and seem to have lost all the money i paid (which they asked for). I would be wise for others to stay away from them. Does anyone know of a way or place to report such scams?
i have heard many such complaints against them. you should have googled atleast before joining them.....

I'm from Indonesia, we should fight and stop or even sue this type of this devil ideas by trapping an honest looking for jobs persons.
Lucky i haven't sent any penny at all to this people.

i registered my name for 365jobs4u. i did some jobs also for them. one fine morning they block my account. I send messages several times. oneday i was connected by phone after made several times. they told me within evening 6 u can connect. after one week i tried by chat. they told within 24 hrs we can rectify. they told techinical problem. know almost 2 months i didnt get. i introduced some to my friends to this site. they paid. i feel guilty to see their faces. they are my close friends and relatives.i am so sad.... due to introduced them to this site.
be ware i m lost my money, time & patience of such type of sites twice. its our fault to believe such people.

Almost all data entry opportunity are scams. I also joined inetdateentry but it also a scam. Such companies are actually promoting affiliate marketing. So avoid them

got cheated by the bleady 365jobs. So what i did was i filed a case online with the following company
The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
Please file a case by going to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.
Lets close them.

Hi every body, people who are planning to join 'www.365jobs4u.com' please drop that idea. Its a no 1 fraud company, i had be worked for them for 2 months and they promised me to give the payment on 7th to 15th of every month. But so far they have not given me a single penny.
They collect money from us for a registration purpose and they enjoy with it. They attract people by putting some attractive news in there website..saying that they pay 100% gurantee blaah, blaah, blaah...
Even they put some name saying that these people recived their payment...thats all bogus (fraud). I lost my amount, i lost my precious time, i lost my energy. ITS WASTE OF TIME. MY dear friend beware of this fraud company.
With tears and angry of me, i had lost Rs.10,000 for Google adsense and i lost Rs.5500 for Copy paste jobs and Rs.1000 for offline data typing jobs.....
Plz plz plz dont go for this firm... If possible catch them and hand over them to police....

Please be careful about this company "Global Info Service" which is a biggest fraud and which is prevalant in many different names like following:-
www.365jobs4u.com
www.online-home-jobs.com
www.dataentryjobs.us
www.naukri-jobs.com (See the link "http://www.naukri-jobs.com/contactus.php" in their Contact us page)
Don't be surprised if they change to yet another name and link it to the same website.
Here is how they operate:-
1) New victims are lured by posting ads in different blogs, advertisement websites, search engines etc.
2) The website is made very attractive and easy to believe.
3) New joinees are given some userid and passwords, and they keep working for months together not realizing that they are not doing any productive work. AT the end, to their surprise they dont get paid. They loose precious time and money.
4) This company's customer support is FAKE, and few trainees in Ahmedabad are trained to answer certain set of questions in a fixed manner. So, they answer in that way and cant help you any more, and beyond that you cant reach anybody.
5) The payees list shown on their website is not true and doesn't change for the whole month indicating its just a place holder for eye-wash and make-belief.
6) Their customer support never replies to genuine emails because none of those email links are working properly and some will even bounce repeatedly. If you call the customer support, you are told to contact only by email, but your emails wont be replied by their staff.
7) Also watch out, this company operates with multiple email ID's which is very abnormal. There will be a bunch of email id's with extensions like "365jobs4u.com", "[email protected]", "[email protected]", "naukri-jobs.com" etc.
8) No genuine company will operate with email ID's having gmail and hotmail accounts. (That is the first sign of danger - so, watch out).
9) All the email ID's with their company extension like "naukri-jobs.com" will bounce and are non-operative. The email ids with the extension "365jobs4u.com" are non-operative but will be used ocassionally to send some email of rejection to you.
10) When a company operates with email accounts of "gmail", you cant even hold them responsible when something goes wrong.
**) This website claims lot of security certifications like (comodo, geotrust, truste, verisign secured etc). That doesn't mean they will pay you. That only means that they dont spread spyware or virus. Even those certificates if you watch carefully, reveal that they were issued in hurry.
**) Also this company on their website claims a certificate from "BBB(best business bureau)". Please visit the website of BBB and search the credibility of "Global info service" which clearly states that they are unverified and not upto the standards of BBB.
**) This company has updated their website with customer care numbers from different foreign countries. If you try to reach those numbers, no body will pick up and answer your call , because they dont have any real staff to do that.
**) These days anybody can acquire Voice Over IP telephone numbers of diifferent countries, and can claim them as real. So, dont get fooled by their nice looking website. This is a biggest scam that is going on.
**) They even maintain and use some links with the name of "ongoingprofit.com", which in otherwords means that it is ongoing profit for the website creators and these scamsters and not for the hard working people who join this company.
Their strategy:-
11) Those who do "Form Filling" and "Ad Posting" jobs for this company are unknowingly promoting a FAKE company to new comers and hence luring them into a trap. They post the messages given by this company on different ad-posting websites and blogs.
12) This company doesn't promote any other company's ad's. It promotes its own ad's. Thats another naunce that needs to be understood, because you wont get paid by promoting yourself. You can get paid, when the company has revenue generation by doing ad-posting for other commercial companies.
13) So, thats another danger mark that needs to be understood before joining and promoting this company. There are plenty of reviews on Internet from those who didn't get paid for doing this work for this company. Please search in google.
14) The new comers who see those ads, join this company for jobs like "online data entry" and "offline data entry".
15) These jobs are nothing but eye-wash. This company has a fake GUI which shows some images and makes you type and submit to their database (in the name of online data entry).
16) Careful observation reveals that they keep showing same images (with same file nos) again and again. This is nothing but a simple software that is written to collect information from you and to send it to your email id by an email. Nothing more than that happens in reality.
17) Dont be under the impression that you are doing some serious work with databases of 50 different companies all over the world. Thats a biggest lie.
18) By the end of the month you are told that most of your work is not satisfactory and so no payment. Which is unbelievable becasue they are supposed to correct your mistakes within 15 days and report you and make you do a proper job.
19) If you repeat mistakes beyond that, then no payment. On the contrary, there is no real technical staff in this company. So, dont convince yourself that you are doing great work. Instead working for them is a major waste of time.
20) Even those who join for "Offline data entry" jobs, are sent some files, which are the same as the one's that can already be seen in "Online data entry" work.
21) No company will have its employees do the same repeated work in two different departments or sections. That is another danger mark that needs to be understood to realize that they are biggest frauds implementing some simple techniques which make you believe that you are doing some real work.
22) Even in the name of "Form Filling" and "Ad Posting" they sell the software that is freely available in market like (Roboform) and make you take membership in other websites (nothing more than that). You dont need to pay for such stupid guidance and free ware.
23) They do earn from the membership fees of all those who join their company from time to time.
24) With so many freshers out there, there is always someone or the other who will join them in a haste. So, please spread this message to as many as you can, and prevent this company from cheating many more.
25) Also refer to plenty of reviews that are available on Internet for all the company names given at the top and realize their true colours before joining them.
Please stay away:-
1) First of all , dont do any Form-Filling and Ad-posting jobs for them. Because by doing that, you are luring more innocent victims to join this company.
2) Also those who are already affected by them, please report to the "Better Business Bureau" with all details of transactions and work reports.
3) Spread awareness about this company and their scam details to as many review boards, ad-words websites, and blogs etc.
4) Search the internet for reviews before joining them. But watch out, they could have changed their name to something else by then.
5) So, make a copy of all their contact numbers from time to time, and spread them to as many people as possible, to avoid further FRAUD.
6) Their original contact names, address and numbers, email ids are given below. Please watch out, a genuine company doesn't operate with "gmail" and "hotmail" accounts. They will have their own domain name and must operate with that. But the following details will give you a glimpse of how they cheat innocent victims.
7) Now they have comeup with foreign contact numbers which are non-working anyway. But are giving a very nice look to their website. Watch out GUYS.

I went through the same thing with those people. One day someone who i later found out was involved with them some how sent me a email saying they were going to make my life worse...and my baby too, wait until i walk out of my home. Then he ziaul haque hacked into my yahoo account and put pornographic pics on it. he email my literay agent prentending to be me, cursing them out and saying never to email me again. but I already contacted her beforehand. I believe I was the reason why they cant use paypal anymore and that is why this happened. I am now getting weird phone calls. I went and got my concealed weapons permit just in case. Ziaul haque even put a virus on my computer called keyloggers. He knew everything i was doing on my pc. It cost me about 200 to fix it. I have contacted the fcc bbb office of fair trade the fbi. I am going to do whatever it takes to stop this .
