Hi, I am new to the work at home biz. Got involved with 365jobs4u and seem to have lost all the money i paid (which they asked for). I would be wise for others to stay away from them. Does anyone know of a way or place to report such scams?

I joined as an affiliate and promoted 365jobs4u. When I earned good amount of Money(They said they pay $0.20 for each unque click), they disabled my login. Never touch this 365jobs4u.

I agree with pcwork, especially with the ripoffreport.com since a lot of people will see your report.

yes it is a big scam.Actually i have joined as a channel partner for 365jobs4u.com and paid them rs.5000/-.They sent me some xerox copies of forms for only some jobs and an ID card.When i asked them to send the remaining forms,they did not respond.Even the customer support is bad.I got worried and did not take any registrations.If i would have taken any,I would have been in big trouble.

I got scammed by 365jobs4u too! i didnt know i can do researches on reviews before i got cheated.
i was looking for work from home as im a freelance manicurist at my own home nail salon, therefore hoping to make some extra income to help my husband out.
I was looking for legitimate homebased work, I found a few but i did not dare take them on because they looked fake! without contact info, without proper website and stuff, then i came to find 365jobs4.com while searching. i showed it to my husband, just like bakana25 above, we think that this website looks quite proper! and i was very elated to be able to find this website... i signed up for the $40 plan... which is $72 SGD, it is not a small sum to me... after signing up, i went to read up on the contact us, ITS ALL INDIAN TELEPHONE NUMBERS... I could not sleep nor stopped crying the whole night, and i was paying through debit card, that means the money is gone forever because which scammers will return you what they already got it in their pockets?
the website is made so real, so many jobs to choose from, and looked so professional, BUT IT IS ALL A SCAM!
at least bakana25 got some fake work to start with, but for me, this is the 4th since i signed up, i still do not receive any fake job at all. well, thanks for my eagerness to find work and got cheated. IM SO GONNA PUT UP THIS POST IN EVERY POSSIBLE FORUM TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT IT!

What I don't understand is why no one has reported this to the international BBB. When I did my research on them I checked with the bbb of the Maritime Provinces

in order to see if they had any complaint before I began doing a program review on them. They had been in business since 2006 and up to this date, they have no complaints, so I decided to invest and do the program review for a company.

This month in the website recent payouts there are more 3000+ payouts...many people are also getting paid...and my name too is there and i got my cheque today... don't know why u people don't get paid...make sure u worked properly

I am hemanth kumar , joined in that bleady 365jobs4u and got cheated. i have sedn rs.2000 for online data entry job and after 21 days i got the details of the job and with in 2 days of my work been started, they have terminated my account.they gave me a bleady reasons which are all their fault. the work ids false, eventhought if you type the data exactly ,it will show you as if it is wrong, and if 5 mistakes are found , the data you typed willl be invalid. they will take money and they will not send you details for 20 days ( but in website it is given that , the details will be given in 1 day ) .and after you start your work , in 2 days they will terminate your account for not submitting the files in 15 days.they will waste more than 15 days , then how could we send the flies in 15 days. they will terminate our account and give us idiotic reasons .like JOYCE so many got cheated.
FRIENDS BEWARE OF THIS BLEADY SITES .ALL THE SITES ARE JUST CHEATING .

Hi,
I have also tried 365jobs4u.com, still with online data entry, I received my logins the next day. However, they have stated that a report of how you are doing will be sent to you every month but I never got any including the pay. And then after a lot of emails and chat with them, they informed me that my account was terminated because there are a lot of errors which I am not able to check because they have not sent me any reports.
And yes, I have seen the list of people that they claimed they have paid, my question is: I think most of them are from India which the company operates.
For all of you people out there, stay away from this company, before signing up with a home based work, try to post it to forums like this, to check if there are other people who had positive results from those companies. Good Luck

The same way scam solid investment was busted 2 years back. In solid investment case the customers had to wait for one year to get their money back since people came to know about the scam only after these guys absconded. In this case we should not allow these guys to abscond with the money collected.
I have collected most of the informations regarding these guys, waiting to collect few more informations regarding the financial transaction. So I hope all of you will cooperate with this.

I am from Nigeria and I too registered with these guys. Got my working details in less than three days. But i have done my job thoroughly and waiting for payment but my payment is not forthcoming.
Infact, having registered and done my job, i began to see different scadalous report and complaint about them and i was heard broken.
The disgusting thing is that they use different websites like onlinedataentry.com, 365jobs4u.com, ongoingprofits.com and many others just for one firm. I shoud have know they are scam.
Can't we really do something. This is real fraud. They seem so real to be scam but they are.

I too was a fool to be duped by these guys. Tehy took the money and after Ihad poste3d 417 ads for them they refused to pay me though they should have paid me after pasting 300 ads. They swindled me of $55 ininitial payment. Never join a job which asks you to pay up front. www.365jobs4u.com alias www.dataentryjobs.us are cheats and will swindle you make you slog and leave you high and dry. Be careful. Do not join. Donot get lured by tall claims

365jobs4u.com have been around for two years, if it is a big scam how come it hasnt been shut down already, or maybe they are just careless in the payroll department.

It is very simple. People get lured by the dozen by the easy money. Most failures do not report for fear of becoming a laughing stock. The few who report, tire after a while. In the mean wihile people keep joining by the hoards. What is required is a movement. a coordinated converted effort to take legal action against the company. LEt us all join hands and form a forum to take legal actinagainst thcompany. www.365jobs4u.com is a scam and should be proceeded against. i amfining a complaint with the Central Bureau of investigation. I woudl request more of you to join in.

What I feel bad about is the fact that I have spent so much time and effort typing for these people, the money I can earn back, but the time I cannot get back anymore. I go home from work, tired and stressed but still I spend about 2 hours just to type atleast 15 files for these scumbags!! I just can't believe the registration fee is not enough for them, they still have to fool the people into typing for 2 or 3 months with the expectation that they will get paid! This is just too much!!

Hello I m from India. I was looking for online jobs and I found 365jobs.com website and register with them with $55 as one time fees. The next day I got email from them regarding my job details and expected payment date for the job done. While filling the registration form I had submitted all the necessary information about me they were asking for. I worked for them and submitted more than 700 assignments (required was 450 / month) and then I was waiting for my first payment. The date 7 to 15 of the month was given to me. But I did not get payment from them. I contacted them through chat. They told me to wait until 22nd of September. But after 22nd also I did not get anything from them. After that I requested to send detail checking report of the work that I had submitted but now they are not responding and end the chat session immediately. I tried their phone numbers but they are not picking up the phones. So I came to know that they are nothing but frauds.Daily I was sending emails, messages to them regarding payment but did not get any reply from them.
They use different websites like onlinedataentry.com, 365jobs4u.com, ongoingprofits.com, dataentryjobs.us and many others just for one firm.
I have all the details starting from payment receipt to print screens of my chat session with them. Will anybody suggest me what to do to put such scammers behind the bars?

hi im a new member of 365jobs4u...reading all that scam and fraud reports makes me feel so nervous and really disappointed,,,how would i know if im gonna get may pay after 1 month of work...i encountered the same things like they had...can get thru the support team, vague answers from the phone query and never had a reply on emails...this really rock my nerves....are you part of them (as in conspiracy) or ur just one of the luckiest people that they cant scam?what are the things that u u've done done to get paid that others didnt happen to do? pls give us some advise...

Hello,
I am a victim of 365jobs4u.com as well. The biggest mistake i committed is that i did not check for the reliability of the site before joining. I joined on 1st sept for online data entry, with a 9 month kid beside me, hoping to work from home. I woke up early, sat late nights to complete the work specified by them. I did more assignments than the minimum specified by them (450) inorder to make sure, that i get my money. After continuous chat and phone from dubai to their ahmedabad office in india, finally i got a report from them stating that my id is terminated, stating i did less assingments and all blah blah. I put a mail to them stating i do have mail copy and all their chat transcripts, but no reply. After continuous ISD's and chat, now they start cutting the telephone line, by hearing my voice. This is ridiculous.. Can somebody pls take action against these frauds. I paid, $55. not just that, the pain and effort i took for one and a half months, with the small kid, i cant believe that i am cheated. how foolish on my part not to even check for genuinity before registering with them. my dear friends, pls spread the word around , i wish if somebody could take legal action against them.
