I just came across a report that's spreading like crazy. I admit I'm a rookie with adsense and adwords, but it appears that this author has done his research and it has really peaked my interest.
I saw it the first time a few days ago and just kind of laughed, because I thought at first it was just another marketing ploy... well it is and boy howdy does it scream potential to me, but what do I know? I said I'm a rookie.
I gave up on adsense a while back because I knew nothing and what little income I earned in the beginning seemed like a lot of work for way too little return. Obviously owning 3000 domains and having a huge advertising budget may have changed my mind, but I'm a poor dummy looking for my first gold mine. So far, I've mostly managed to come out a little behind instead of ahead of the game. My new motto = Lose_n_Learn ... oh ... you already got that domain eh?
Any Adsense Adwords pros here? Comments or?

You might want to consider Michael Cheney's Adsense videos. The author claims to have gone from a few dollars a day in Adsense earnings to $100,000 a year. His program comes with a 100% money back guarantee, and you can get a refund at http://www.clickbank.com/csinquiry.html if you are not satisfied.

Yes, it's true that adsense earnings have dropped considerably. However, from my observations, new sites or less popular sites have significantly lesser click earnings than popular sites. So if your main focus was to create as many sites as possible without much consideration to adding content frequently and getting links, you would have felt the pinch.
But I think it's a smart move by Google. As an advertiser, I normally would prefer to get my ad displayed on fewer authority sites than hundreds of sites that offer no value to their visitors.
Moral: You can't rely ONLY on Adsense anymore. You need to have a good mix of affiliate links and Adsense on your site.

Adsense earnings vary according to the sector and advertiser budgets .So if you have a large number of websites on a variety of subjects, earnings will be more stable

I am amazed about most of the good adsense earners deliberately loosing their incomes for a while and personally I improved a lot in the adsense earnings about $10/day to $50/day now. So I won't say adsense is going down, but as said above a mixture of affiliate links with your website could make you better things as well...
Also, adsense introduces many new features to their publishers to earn more revenue and you have to utilise those things. for ex. if you have a search box in your page and now it displays the search results on your own site and not to google.com while earlier like that and it delivers looks more professional look. It helps more on CTR on Adsense for Search income.
