Karen,
Their address is a mailbox. I know where it is, because I live less than a mile away

Yes, and I suppose by itself, that is not a big deal, but shouldn't one be able to find the name of the owner of the company? Nobody seems to know who owns it. This program has been recommended to me, and I just want to do my due diligence before recommending it to my group... finding it really hard to get info...

Karen,
You may contact JW at [email protected]. He should reply in a timely manner. Have you attended one of the short live conference calls held sunday, tues, or thursday?

Hi Billy,
Yes, I've attended a couple of conferences and listened to the "sizzle" call on the 800#.
Is JW the owner? All I'm looking for is his name! LOL
One of the things I do before promoting anything is check out the principals.

Karen I'm just guessing here, but if I were going to start a lucrative program such as this, I would not necessarily want everyone knowing all my info because of privacy. As far as the other stuff, i'm not sure of that. I do know that they return emails extremely quickly.

Karen,
I believe JW is head of operations. He usually is on the live conference calls at least for a little bit if not for the whole call.

Yeah JW pretty much runs the calls, but there is another person on there named Jennifer all the time describing how they market Regenesis 2x2. They have been adding more staff and support now as they are growing and growing.

There are a few things that make this program suspicious. I would disagree that a business owner who starts a highly successful business would want to be annonymous. Ask Donald Trump.
People are using first names and initials for a reason. If you read the Q&A, it raises red flags. No transparency - not able to really do any real due diligence. The Q&A indicates that even the principals don't expect it to last.
When I hear that you need to get in quick... I get suspicious. A good solid company does not require that you hurry to profit - it will remain profitable no matter when you join. The urgency here seems to me to be "get it while it lasts".
JMHO - I would consider joining as a passive member, but I would not be comfortable promoting a business that I don't know who owns it.

Karen,
The way I read the Q&A's on the bottom area is that nothing is guaranteed and that goes for any business. I was a salesperson for a major retailer and they shut their doors recently. And here I thought this company was so great that it would never go out of business.
Just like stocks, you're never "guaranteed" to make $, no matter what type of stocks you buy (or sell). Even 401K's, Mutual Funds, etc.
Can you tell me of any other company like Regenesis that can "guarantee" that they will last forever?
You know, I've done my due diligence by trying to find negative info. and so far haven't found any. I did see so many negative info. on everything else though and that was right away. The plan is revolutionary! You make the choice of not having to sponsor but if you do sponsor, of course your earnings will increase and payouts will be much faster. My sister was not thinking of sponsoring but when I showed her the difference, now she's totally changed. I think she will sponsor more than me! She's a single mom of 3 and struggling. When I first told her about this, she told me she wasn't interested because she couldn't afford it. I told her, she couldn't afford not to do this! Even if I needed to help her to start, I would've but she realized that she was more than willing to take this chance because she did her due diligence and did her research. I'm praying that I found the answer for her...
Maybe you can stay on the sidelines for now and see others succeed before you jump in and worry about losing your reputation... By then you could've (again, nothings guaranteed) missed out on making so much $.
Anyone out there agree? Disagree?
If you do decide to join, great! If not, no worries, just wait and see our testimonies here when some of us post our earnings...
Have a great weekend!

Kuntax, due diligence involves more than simply searching for other's opinions. According to WhoIs search, the domain was only registered on March 30, so it could take a while for anyone other than those involved now, who WANT to believe in it, to have an opportunity to truly evaluate it.
Due diligence involves researching the company, it's owners and its stability. How do you know, for example, that the owner of this company is not the same person who has started the hundreds of other 2x2s or similar programs (PAS, ASD) that have come and gone. $300 is not alot of money to lose for some people, but for others it is.
Of course nothing is guaranteed in life. But it is a rare company that in their Q&A will state something like that. Most, who are established, legal and stable, will talk about their infrastructure, how they are poised for future growth.
My concerns are valid. A WhoIs search further indicates the owners desire to remain annoymous. That is strange. If the owner won't put his name to it, they don't have an office you can visit, and you can't research their history - something's wrong. Frankly I'm surprised that nobody else is asking questions.

It's just a "money program". Nothing wrong with that. People who like it - play it, others don't...
Don't expect it to be more than "creators" intended it to be...
If they had intentions to build a sustainable "company", you'd see their names plastered all over it, written in HUGE letters...
Once again, nothing wrong with this program, just don't expect it to be more than it is.
Actually, when you look at their payout - it's larger than with most other cyclers when they really ONLY payout about 30-35%...
Regenesis has a potential of 50%+

Karen,
I will shoot an e-mail to them and see if I can get any info. I did get an e-mail from JW late last night which is very late in the mainland since I'm in Hawaii. But, he did reply several times. Was surprised to get a reply that late!
I will ask to see if I can get any of the info. you requested and let you know. If I am able to do this I hope this will help.

Hi all,
I'm new here and have been reading some of the posts. It's a great forum! One of the posts said that gifting is illegal unless there is a product involved.
You guys keep saying that this is a money making program, but it appears to me to be more of a gifting program. Is there a product that you get after signing up?
Can someone explain how this is different from a gifting program? How is this legal? If it is declared illegal down the road, I believe you will have to give the money back to the govt with penalties and possible prosecution.
I don't mean to be the devils advocate, but I think some questioning along these lines is important, for everyone involved.
Has anyone asked the management about this??
I would love to do this program if on the up and up. I'm truly hoping it's legit.
Anyone know???

Sir Thomas, that is my point. If it is a money game, it is not sustainable, nor legal. And how long it lasts is questionable. There is something wrong with that though because someone is going to lose - maybe only $300, but maybe $900...
You talk about the payout, but in reality, no one has received any big money.
Ren, they say the product is the system - plus they throw in 300 names and ph#s and call them leads .
The hyped up site attracts desperate people who don't know any better, and greedy people who can't see beyond the immediate green.

fyi... the "creators" have "created" 104 other "money" programs according to the DNS records.
There are 104 domains hosted on this IP address. Here are 2 of them:
1. 30dollarsuccess.com 2. 4friendssuccess.com

OK, i've been reading everything here and sitting back, but now I feel that I have to say something. First of all, CFMG, all you've done is come into this thread and bash, put down, and try and steer people away from Regenesis 2x2. YOU have ZERO proof that this company is doing anything illegal but yet you continue to put it down. If it's not your cup of tea, then don't join, but please quit driving negative thoughts into everyone's head about a program that you know nothing about, that your not even in, and even if you are in, why are you so negative about it? You say would consider joining as a passive member, WHY? As far as ASD goes, don't compare Regenesis 2x2 to anything other than Regenesis because there is nothing else out there like it. You come in here and say that all these claims by regenesis are outrageous, spending $10 and turning it into $47,000 seems pretty extreme to me. Here's the deal, I'm not a mean guy, if I feel like something isn't for me, I don't join it, but I'm sure not low enough to get into a positive discussion about it and muck it up with negativity, say your peace and move on People all over the world sell things on the Internet like ebooks, digital software, leads, capture pages, landing sites, etc... This is no different, the product is the automatic recruiting system and 300 leads, the website, hosting, followup letters, back office access, and more things to come. There is nothing illegal about that, just like if I wrote a book on how to do youtube videos and sold it for $5 would be. Regenesis 2x2 is helping thousands do it by recruiting people for you if you don't want to recruit. I could start a pencil company and sell them for $50 apiece in a 2x2 matrix and help people make money, that's a product. It's the same thing, there's another company doing this with flip flops, same thing, the only difference is that we have a different product. AS far as keeping anonymous, you know, some people want to stay behind the scenes and live their life without being bothered. I find it in no way suspicious that they won't say their last names. I happen to know JW's last name, but it doesn't matter. They started this out of a PO Box, not knowing how big it would get, now they are going to have a building, an office, in Nevada. They are hiring people to help with the support everyday. They continue to communicate with all there members, there is not one person complaining, and it sure has helped out a lot of people. All I'm saying is that I think it's pretty unfair and shady for you to make claims about Regenesis 2x2 when you don't have all the facts, If you don't like it, believe in it, or whatever, fine. But please stop trying to drive negativity here. You wouldn't want me to start talking bad about your business if I didn't make $47,000 from a $10 investment would you? Would that be fair? Regenesis 2x2 has done nothing wrong and they continue to make changes for their growth and the future. Nobody thought that all the finance companies would go out of business. Did you ever think that Chrysler would be bankrupt? No guarantees in life except for death. If you don't like the program, don't join, simple as that. Always here to help God Bless Jason 636-294-3322

Regenesis is the bomb and I am PROOF I've increased my income substancially in 24 days. People call me and beg me for info about joining. I had three today come in today with 3 business centers. I turned off my spam and hope people email me trying to sell me their program so I can reverse sell them. One of my upline has recruited 70 in 60 days and has earned a 5 figure income. Anyone who doesn't join Regenesis NOW while it's PRE-Explosion is carzy!

But, is it legal??? CFMG and possibly Sir Thomas think it is illegal. But, is it ??
Can someone write to the owners and ask them what makes this legal? Ask them to provide the section of some law or code (maybe IRS) that makes this legal. Is using their automated system and getting leads the type of product the Feds would consider a 'product' and therefore be legal?
Can someone in the know answer this please? I don't want to be responsible for involving other people in an illegal activity.
As soon as I get a green light on this being legal, I'm in.

Renn, is the Lottery legal, is there really a product? Is gambling legal, is there a product there. Regenesis 2x2 has a marketing system that automatically recruits for you. You purchase the system for the 1 time investment, it then goes out and recruits for you. Look at it this way, When you join an affiliate program, it's FREE, but then if you really want to get goods results you could pay someone to market for you. The only difference in Regenesis 2x2 is that the product is a system all wrapped into one. You invest in the system to work for you so you don't have to promote it yourself. The system works, therefore people will invest in it because it pays, it works. Your going to get 300 leads and as most of us know, leads with emails on them never work because people are afraid to call them, they would rather email them but then it just goes into spam, it's useless. Calling on leads is the best way. Use the leads if you want or you don't have to. I go to the store and buy something and take it home, I don't have to like everything that comes with it, I can take away what I like about it and ignore the rest. I am by no means a legal expert or know the law or code by the back of my hand, but in my opinion, the product that they have is a real product that everyone needs right now, a system that works for everyone. Always here to help

Karen,
Jason has a point. So if I invest $10 into your program am I guaranteed to make $47,000? And, is everyone that puts in their $10 guaranteed to make this amt.? I DON'T THINK SO! And can you guarantee 100% that your company will be around forever? Again, I DON'T THINK SO! Can you also guarantee that your company is 100% legit? I'm not going to waste my time in researching about your company because I'm not here to bash your company. I have a feeling that maybe you're trying to convince others not to join w/Regenesis and instead have them check out your program. Could this be true?
I'm also not going to ask JW for his last name or more info. because Jason already did this research.
Let's just move on. I'm sure if we looked deep into your company we can find some negative things that you wouldn't want us to post here as well.

Jason,
I only asked about the legality because I remember some time ago reading that a program such as this has to have a product that can be resold to the public. Maybe that's not true. Just trying to get some answers here. I know there are a lot of scams out there and I would hate for this company to be shut down and people lose their money. Your response makes sense, though.

Whoa... I am NOT bashing anything. I am simply attempting to do some research. Why so defensive? Like Renn I do not want to promote something that I have not done my research on, or won't last. I explained the things that are bothering me and why they are bothering me.
I have not said Regenesis is not legit, rather I am attempting to find out if it is. It appears that the only way to find out is to join as a passive member and test out their claims. But Jason, if you do a little research, you'll see that there have been plenty of similar programs - and some that are currently running.
You can certainly research any program that I openly promote because, as you may have noticed, I do dig into it before I promote it. You see, nothing is as important to me as honesty and integrity.

LOL, my program would not attract people after a quick buck, the 47,000 is per annum and within 12 months - not the best case scenerio. I came here to see if anyone has answers to questions I have been unable to find elsewhere.

I Have to agree with Karen, I made a review on this program and took it off and now I plan to make a new one soon on my rjbsuccess channel later on youtube. This company I have heard does not take mastercard or paypal so this tells me they would not want any charge backs. Also you need to visit the direct sellers association and what they say about illegal pyramids. I have been tempted by this program, but they state you get 2 reps if you do the math to how many people it keeps growing the promise on that is going to collapse as it keeps growing! It does not take a genius to figure that out. By the way Karen I subscribed to your link
