So, we had a car problem yesterday. I checked all the obvious things I could think of then decided I'd check the web for some more ideas and found a site dedicated to solving auto problems.
It was done in a video format with a nice American lady speaking the instructions, and went something like this ...
Step 1, if your car is manual, select neutral, if it is automatic, select Park.
Step 2, ensure that your alarm system is turned off
Step 3, put on your seat belt
Step 4, turn the key. Did your car start?
Step 5, call a tow truck
Sighs loudly...

I think it was just a blockage in the fuel line or maybe a loose electrical connection as after checking out all the electrics and putting it all back together the thing has been fine.
Here's hoping ...

Wow, what a helpful video..... or not.  Why would somebody even make a video with such basic, unhelpful content?
